Double kamui already proved to be faster than madara's movement speed, same madara that was crapping on sm minato.
So movement wise:

Kakashi can't use both Kamui at long range, so he can't snipe 2x speed at long range.

Even double Kamui is slower than FTG teleportation anyway. Obito had the element of surprise the first time, but with knowledge Minato will react even faster. He could complete 2teleportations before the truth seeking balls could make a deep contact with his body when the double kamui was only a hair breath faster than the same truth seeking balls from a distance

I'll concede, but given their talk on both eyes together equals true power, one would thing the speed would increase.

There is nothing suggesting Rikkudo chakra increases Kamui speed. Obito has far better/greater chakra than Kakashi via Senju DNA but his Kamui was no faster than Kakashi's unless you can provide proof saying otherwise.
