Explanation: Naruto is in Sage Mode and can fuse with the Toad Sages.
Location: Forest of Death
Distance: 200 meters away. Minato is doing ground sensing at the same time Naruto senses him. From there on, they start running towards each other.
Minato can summon Bunta, Naruto can summon the other 2 boss toads.
Minato has 50 kunais scattered throughout the forest ( it's pretty big ), but Naruto can sense the chakra the seals produce if he is within 50 meters of a kunai.
Minato has 20 kunais in his pockets.
Naruto can't access Kyuubi chakra.
Bonus Scenario: Minato can enter KCM ( 60 minutes limit ), Naruto can enter BM ( 10 minutes ) and KCM ( 120 minutes )
