although blind madara speedblitzed SM naruto , I think the latter would win with clones and his boss summons

SM Naruto murks him with a tidal wave of Rasengan wielding clones, if this is War-Arc Naruto. If we're talking Pain Arc Naruto, Madara should be able to edge him out.

Depends which form. Does he still have Mokuton? What about Susano'O? In that case, Madara takes it low difficulty. Even without it, he could take it mid-high difficulty.

]. He can also sense, so Naruto won't overpower him in terms of raw speed and precognition - in fact, it's vice-versa. Madara has also Katon jutsu that are much bigger than Naruto's summons [

]. If threatened, he can not only impair the summons vision, but also paralyze them with heat further immobilize with rods and kill them with Gunbai [

]. Depending if Madara has his Gunbai, the explosion of Rasenshuriken will be redirected, that would instantly kill him or his Kage Bunshin [

]. Most attacks could be stopped with Gunbai Barrier, and summons roasted with Katon.So Madara wins more than not.

If this is Pain-arc Naruto, his summons and him take Madara down mid-high diff.
This is assuming that Madara only has 3T and no MS techniques at all. While Madara is faster,
he lacks the means to hurt Naruto. Additionally, Naruto would be highly relying on elder toads,
and the boss sumons to lure Madara into a trap where FRS finishes him.
If this is war-arc SM Naruto, he takes it mid-diff, being superior to Pain-arc Naruto.
If this is current SM Naruto (probably not, because anybody could recognize that as a stomp,
but I'll say it anyways for the lolz), he takes it no diff. A few punches would do. Lava FRS is overkill.

Nah, base Madara is the one with only three tomoe. He doesn't have his ems which he heavily relies on.
Three tomoe Madara lacks the immobilizing rods. Not sure if his katon even could hit Naruto's toads.

If it's the rinne tensei'd base madara, he wins since he can still use hashirama's base mokutons, susanoo, has senju healing and has some of his rinnegan abilities like preta path and outer path. And that's all while blind.
If it's VoTe Madara, but restricted to only the three tomoe sharingan and summoning kurama, he'd get wrecked.

Which is worse then. Genjutsu alone ends the match, and Madara starts killing off his summons one by one with his gunbai. Naruto will never land a hit nor evade one.
Pretty sure Obito made rods without Rinnegan when he was a kid. So Madara can probably replicate that and bind the summons and Naruto.

SM Naruto couldn't even anticipate the guy's atk with that speed. And a Madara with no eyes whatsoever is about as base as Madara can get. And Naruto didn't just get knocked back, he got absolutely floored. There's no way you or anybody else can possibly downplay that. Both him and Sai can clearly be seen getting off their backs a few pages later.
