Kakashi even without Sharingan is still on another level. He is a lot faster and more versatile, not to mention smarter. Probably the smartest fighter in the manga. Tsunade eats a Raiton Kage Bunshin, an instant after she is bisected with Raiden. Or a Raikiri kunai opened her head in two. Or Raikiri from behind cuts her head.

Kakashi is a bad matchup for tsunade, she kills her opponents in close combat, she will fall for the ration clone and gets beheaded with raiden or raikiri kunai before she can summon katsuyu.

--rai kiri is doing nothing to katsuyu nor is it damaging tsunade who survived from gettig stabbed by a susanoo blade, as all tsunade weds are few blows to overwhelm kakashi completely

--katsuyus acid can also be used against kakashi

I'd say Tsunade high diff even without Katsuyu. Her regeneration feats are staggering and Kakashi can't use Raikiri or Chidori effectively without sharingan.

PS: Since Kakashi lost the sharingan does that mean all of the jutsu he has copied are lost as well?

Raiden lobs her head off. Since it's not a raikiri variant it doesn't need sharingan.
