Personally I believe that Kakashi can take her Mid-Diff at most. He is getting underestimated just because he lost the Sharingan.​

Tsunade wins imo.
That's a slightly weaker version of the Kakashi that was exactly on the same level as base/part 1 Kabuto, and she's quite above that level.
Even ignoring portrayal and such, w/o Kamui i don't see how the rest of Kakashi's arsenal poses a threat to her.

Kakashi can't use Raikiri properly without Sharingan, because he gets very vulnerable.

He tried once and was nearly killed, after that Minato forbade him to use Raikiri.

Raiton is a good answer to Katsuyu. And why does he need to counter Katsuyu? Tsunade is going to have to fight him in CQC, and he blitzes her from there.

What? Not even close, his stamina got WAY better, he can spam Raikiri and its variations now. He has also gotten way faster to the point that he can blitz a V2 Jinchuriki.

Raiton Clone + Raiden cut her in half or decapitate her. And other Raiton related combos that he has. He also has a large water source here, which could definitely benefit him.

Katsuyu would get fried by Raikiri. In case you didn't know, slugs are made out of a high percentage of water and we all know what happens when you mix lightning and water.

The issue is whether or not Kakashi can contend with Tsunade in melee without the sharingan.

i'd say it's 50/50.

Kakashi gets insta stomped if he gets close to a massive, bijuu sized creature. Also there is no way a Raikiri level technique oneshotting a Bijuu sized creature, even if she is vulnarable to the attack.

Why do you think Minato told Kakashi to perfect/train it first? At this point, Kakashi can effortlessly control Raikiri to the point that he has made countless different variations of it, same goes for Sasuke. So that does not apply to them anymore.

Okay, I think this is the point where I can't take you seriously anymore. Kakashi's chakra got replenished in nearly every 30 minutes, his chakra pool hasn't increased that much.
