Even though Kakashi was 12 years old he was able to feel the presents of two iwa-jonins (one of them was invisible)
His senses are more than excellent, feeling the vibrations in the air + smelling the oppents with his accurate scent.

His reflexes in base (with just one eye) are pretty good
he grabbed a chidori which is supposed to be on of the fastest stabs with just one hand
His taijutsu is fine, too, dodging sasukes kick followed by a counter.
for those who will say : "but sasuke was weakened due to the danzo fight"
yeah he was, but he is the reincarnation of indra, which means he possesses tons of stamina and chakra and the will of continue fighting. In addition to that he got healed few chapters ago by karins uzumaki healing jutsu

Even though Kakashi is shown with the sharingan active in this scan, he shows that he can wield the Kubikiribōchō with one hand, which speaks for his physically strength.

Again i will praise kakashis accurate senses, in this scan he shows that he noticed the arriving of madara via S/T Ninjutsu before sasuke and Naruto did.

Kakashi is calm in every situation even if the strongest being of the ninja universe shows up he keeps a clear mind.
btw he shows that he is faster than sakura

This is probably the best speed/reaction and aiming feat of base Kakashi.
I think i don't need to explain how great this move was.
What doesn't attract attention in the first view is that he aimed with a kunai sth small like obitos hand in a long distance while falling down fast.
His raikiri kunai shot would be a deadly middle-long range ninjustu.

in my opinion this is a speed feat, too.
Even though rin showed up in this scan, Kakashi was physically able to get in front of the ash bone, which is supposed to be a very fast attack.

For those who say that Kakashi can't use raikiri anymore, there is still rasengan.
Kakashi can use his ninjutsus without the sharingan, except the proper use of raikiri, which i don't really believe, but every other technique of him can be used the same way he did with the sharingan.
There is even an advantage, now without the sharingan his chakra levels are higher than ever.
He is able to spam his best ninjutsus like nothing, especially clones and raiton variants in combination with doton hiding like a mole.

His skill of hand seals is the same as before.

His intelligent is the same like before, but now that he can last longer in battle due to higher stamina and chakra, he is able to think longer and more precise of a battle strategy without putting himself under the gun.

Even the sage of the 6 paths, Hagoromo otsuki, praised Kakashis intelligence and called it godly.

thats true, but now that kakashi can use more clones, he can use them as a kamikaze blow, the clone doesn't need to worry about the counter because he is not the original, so Kakashi can still use raikiri as before just in an other way.
A Raiton clone who would use raikiri is deadly in two ways:
the ideal Force- and Trap technique after a doton hiding like a mole.

The Ash Bone one.

Kakashi and obito were somehow magically able to defy common sense and run through extremely high gravity that was pushing Sasuke, Kaguya, and Naruto down on to the floor to their knees, yet no logical explanation is given other than Rin Powa.

The scroll rope one is also very stupid . Kakashi was somehow able to take out a scroll, unroll it, throw the scroll up ward for it to wrap itself around a rock, all while grabbing a hold of Sakura with one hand while throwing a Kunai fast enough to send and pin Obito against a wall, before he even fell into the lava. Scrolls aren't meant to hold the weight of two humans, How is that scroll not ripping? How is Obito's arm even carrying the weight of his body without taring off?

The Kaguya arc is full of this kind of nonsense

Kaguya fixed it before Naruto and Sasuke could get up, in the same time Kakashi and obito reacted and started running in the direction of sasuke and naruto, only the last step was influenced by rin, but in the end it was Kakashis body which allowed him to get in front of the ash bone in time.

I think I underrated base (sharingan less)kakashi ,plus the feats you showed ,he is a good shadow clones user ,one of best lightening and water users ,5 elements user ,have so many techs ,one of if not best analyst in the whole manga ,his base sensing is extremely good that he could feel JJ madara coming though it was from blind spot and could even partially react and turned his head though he was very exhausted after using kamui for about 7 times one of them was on the gedo's whole arm

Not to mention that ,after losing sharingan ,kakashi has very good chakra and stamina for his base tech ,regarding how many raikiri and kamui he was using before getting exhausted

you didnt understand, she fixed it before her second shot, thats why kakashi and obito were able to stand up, kishi wouldn't do such a big mistake by giving them the strength to withstand the gravity.
Obito and Kakashi only were put down to their knees, naruto and sasuke were put down completely

pretty cool, i didnt know that.
yeah this makes sense, i hope we get to see some of his 1000 jutsus somehow in the novel or in part 3.

Well base Kakashi's fighting style will be a bit different. Instead of blitzing his opponent at full speed with Raikiri, he'll approach more cautiously due to not having sharingan. Due to having more stamina, he'll be more inclined to use clone feints which can catch the enemy off guard especially his raiton clones which are very deadly. He'll spam more elemental jutsus now with more chakra but worse CQC skill.
All in all he is still low kage level easily.
