Didn't Madara stab her through the stomach or chest area? Yeah she can regenerate and heal but that's still a pretty big scratch.

She didn't really go toe to toe with Madara. She attacked him, was easily stopped by Madaras four limbo, and then had to be saved by Sasuke and Naruto.

Sakura is getting very strong but Jiraiya is still stronger and could defeat her IMO.
