He has a great counter to taijutsu types (

) and to get her he can use a combination of Shadow Clones and Swamp of the Underworld. Once she's immobilized one Rasengan seals the deal.
Katsuyu does make the difference though. She would force him to summon a boss toad as well. I'd say he gets pushed at least to mid-diff.

katsuyu is damn near immortal and sakura heals even from stabs to the chest by rods.
jiraiya probably could outlast her with superior speed and stamina

Sakura can only punch the ground. Too bad that aint enough to amuse Jiraiya

wrong. she summons katsuyu and regens from most damage

I think Sakura is really underrated. She's gotten a lot stronger and showed that she can actually fight. She was taught by Tsunade! Sakura even said her jutsu is potentially stronger than Tsunade's because she doesn't have to focus on looking young. Tsunade overall is still better than Sakura, I just think Salura is currently underrated.

Ma is restricted
