Jiraiya wins high difficulty. Sage Mode is restricted, but Ma and Pa aren't. He can still summon them and use their abilities. Sasuke can summon Manda to deal with boss toads but controlling Manda with genjutsu for an extended time would take a toll on him plus multiple boss toads would overwhelm Manda.

Kirin would be a threat since Jiraiya has no intel on it and he uses large oil enhanced katons which release heat into the sky. But I believe Jiraiya would finish Sasuke before he gets the chance to use it.

Sasuke is too fast for Jiraiya, throw in CS, Chidori and Chidori variants, Sharingan precognition and genjutsu, and Katon for Kirin.

His speed complimented by CM2 should easily put him above Jiraiya in cqc plus his ration variants could be of some use as well. Genjutsu takes out boss toads not like Manda wouldn't wreck them anyways. TMT is cut through via CM in-hanced ration. Ma and Pa can get caught in genjutsu as well considering the fact they look at pains eye multiple times. Jiraiya isn't coming out the victor in this match-up at all. ​

Jiraiya high-diff. Kirin is a huge threat, but I believe Jiraiya could end the fight before Sasuke gets the chance to use it. Jiraiya's large-scale ninjutsu, toad summoning, and Ma and Pa's presence overwhelm Sasuke, but Sasuke has enough in his arsenal to make it a high-diff match.

Lol great debating skills.. Jiraiya has no answer for Genjutsu, or kenjutsu. Close range goes to Sasuke due to his sharingan, kenjutsu and speed.. Jiraiya's Ninjutsu is counter by Sasuke's own. And jiraiya's needle jutsu is counter by Sasuke's CS2..

Sound genjutsu isn't instant and even if Sasuke does get caught in it he can see through it a break the genjutsu before any real damage can be done. ​
