], he'd realize that Tsunade is trying to sneak up on him and escape the Katsuyus. After-all, Katsuyu is a slow slug while Itachi is ridiculously fast so it's extremely doubtful they'll even manage to surround him in the first place. Not to mention that he can simply use a Katon to escape the small Katsuyus and continue to fight Tsunade herself.​

Looking over everything... It appears you're correct. Guess I should've been more open minded, you've changed my mind. Still wondering deeply about something. Why would it have been necessary to activate MS in order to tank Kirin, if he never needed it in the first place?
