Whilst I think Hashirama wins, a big ball rasenshuriken from naruto(in SM) destroyed hashirama's wood dragon. He doesn't a TBB to destroy it. Mokujin can't tank as much as PS.

the same bijuu dama which head shotted mokuryu destroyed mokujin

hashirama had to use another jutsu mokuton goubi to save himself

and with the mokujin being able to restrain the kyuubi and make him unable to execute his jutsus,, its not happening,,,
