Is using tentacles part of base bee's Moveset? Because he incorporates it a lot into his fighting style.

That's more durability. Outside from Tsuande/Sakura, Gai is arguably one of the strongest characters in base as far destructive power.

There's not much chakra to be considered with Gai who solely uses Taijutsu.

I think tentacles are excluded.

Gai's feats are much better, handling Obito's cqc Kamui better than KCM Naruto, without Gates enhancement and while worn out, is >>> forcing Itachi back (Itachi could still fend and dodge his hits) and defeating Sasuke, who could anyway keep up with Bee's kenjutsu for the most part.

Gai's Soshuga nunchaku stopped Madara's gunbai, the same that was used to stop KCM Naruto's Rasengan, slice Shinju branches, stop Hashirama's giant sword and fight SM Hashirama. Without Raiton flow there's no chance in hell Bee's swords even make a small cut on them; and even with I have a lot of doubts, these nunchakus are clearly something special. Gai is faster and swifter.
