Base Darui v Base Sasuke: Battle of Kenjutsu

There is absolutely know way to tell since our knowledge of Sasuke's kenjutsu is based off of him using it in conjunction with his sharingan. If he didn't have it he wouldn't be as good, but we can't tell how much worse he would be.

Still I give it to Darui, he bested suigetsu, who went toe-to-toe with kisame

we havent seen much from darui's swordmanship so i say sasuke

Sasuke has the advantage in speed and has a sharingan to predict Darui's attacks. Darui is more experienced in using swords as he is older and most definitely used them longer than Sasuke. Darui most definitely has greater physical strength than Sasuke because Kumo dudes are buffed. Sasuke, however, does have a legendary kusanagi blade. All in all they are both very even but I'd give the edge to Darui (high difficulty).

We are talking about Sasuke without sharingan or any jutsu.
And he doesn't have the sword of Kusanagi, its just a fake

Darui specialises in kenjutsu so I say him. Its like Kakashi Vs Guy in taijutsu and no Sharingan advantage.

If Sasuke can't stream chidori through his sword, he loses no doubt. Darui beat Suigetsu, a much better swordsman than Sasuke.
