[Suggestion] Base Contests: Singing?

Do I get to hear the songs first and when I approve the person?

I'm fully up for this, I would probably pwn in this contest, that's how confident I am about my singing (atleast about something right?...)

But in a way that it won't be abused ofcourse.

I don't see this having enough support and a fanbase that really would make it an active contest. Constests suffer from activity a lot. What seems a good idea that gets people going can easily turn into an empty contest soon after. I don't see the base as having tons of people that would enter this contest. In fact, I see only one...the maker of this thread.

Even if we bypass the above, we still need to tackle questions like: how can we be sure its you singing and not someone else? would it be a voting contest? a panel? would the songs be picked by the person or by the host of the contest? etc etc.

Overal, I don't see this as a viable option but I'll still pass it on to the admins. Until then you can post your videos in the appropriate section (Music section).
