No...a genin has much less skills in Chakra control, so Sasuke's training was based on his Chakra control to use in battle. This doesn't apply for Itachi, since he is skilled in Chakra and doesn't need it. Not to mention, the quantity of Chakra he has no effects what so ever even if he has less Chakra. No again, Itachi already implied he could not use Tsukuyomi, due to having less Chakra. Genjutsu is about skills. Not Chakra quantity. His base Ninjutsu was all the same as his full power state. Argument is invalid.
A clone maintains the same physical attributes as the original would.
Kakashi wins. Kakashi is roughly equal to 3tomoe Itachi in taijutsu and with his 8swords style, base Bee was pressuring him, so he should have the advantage in close range battle.
However, Kakashi is a master in trickery, always leaving bunshin feints even Itachi or Pain failed to notice. He can leave a lightning clone fight Bee while hiding underground, without him even knowing. The moment he hits the clone, Kakashi should take the opportunity to take him out when he would be paralysed.
Not to mention that on the contrary of Bee, he possess long range attacks. In this location he even has the advantage to cast powerful suiton attacks like the vortex, burrying Bee. Not to mention the danger of Sharingan genjutsu as well capable to match that of a perfect jinchuriki controller. In the end then, while Bee should dominate in CQC i view Kakashi as too versatile to lose this

The "Soku" in the Databooks speaks of speed but also reaction in the same term. Itachi has a full score, Kakashi a 4.5, even having a 4 in the first one. Kakashi couldn't even follow the speed of Itachi's handseals. The fact that this guy puts Kakashi's reaction and reflexes on pair with Itachi or even above, is a perfect example of his bias. No, trolling. Dimitri, it's hard to take you serious.
That would make Kishimoto not knowing the actual meaning of reaction time. It's a fact that reaction time is being able to see the attack and intercept it. Speed, however, is destination from A to B. The databokk doesn't take into account what happened during pain's attack/the summit/or the war. So it's quite dated and frankly till a new one is released....obsolete.
As for the hand seal part. It's kakashi explaining to us what itachi is doing despite saying things like "I can't follow him."
He's the one that saw the shuriken's as a ploy, he's the one who not only called the water drill but blocked it with a water wall. He's the one who protected kurenai from the exploding clone he saw itachi make.
Not seeing anything would be what kurenai and asuma were doing... you know staring into space wondering wtf was going on

And the last Databook is about pt. 2
There is no reason to believe that Kakashi's speed increased from 4.5 to above Itachi's during pt.2 when it remained the same from pt.1 (2. Databook) to pt.2 (3. Databook), what would be 2-3 years difference.
No matter what you will try to prove, Itachi's speed, reaction and reflexes are above Kakashi's by both Databook and feats. Kakashi displayed nothing that puts him unmistakable above Itachi in terms of speed, reaction or reflexes. Kakashi had a lot of screen time in the war, but his skills still don't surpass Itachi's; he displayed nothing new but a better usage of Kamui, but he didn't suddenly grow overall stronger during the war. Kakashi shit in his pants facing Orochimaru, while Itachi would laugh at someone like him.

This kudo with his Databook crap again. It's outdated, debunked by feats. Kakashi already stalemated against Itachi in Taijutsu in their last fight without opening the gates. Nothing to fanboy here. [

Why wouldn't that include itachi , we seen him put chakra towards his feet to walk on water right? Your saying even a genin because someones a genin kakashi him self stated even skilled ninja have trouble moving chakra to there feet.

This sentence contradicts itself Itachi couldn't use Tsukuyomi because if itachi was that skilled with genjutsu he's be able to control time & space with just a 3 tomoe sharingan without a MS.
Shunshin uses Chakra and Itachi's Shunshin was seen to be no different.
Huh? Itachi's skills with Tsukuyomi allows him to control space and time. Not his normal Genjutsu, as the Genjutsu itself is not as strong as Tsukuyomi.
