After seeing the episode of One Piece today, it reminded me of something Bartolomeo told Bellamy that I had forgotten. I was quickly able to find it in the manga thanks to the reminder of the anime.

In chapter 732 Bartolomeo clearly tells Bellamy that it is his DREAM to become a StrawHat.
That is all that needed to be said. It is his dream, It is what he is working toward, It is his life's mission. So it seems pretty clear that he will join the crew. Even if its not directly after this arc, or the next, eventually Bartolomeo will join the crew. It is his lifes mission.
Now for those who say, "He has his own crew that he wont abandon":
1. His dream is the become one of the straw hats, so if he does have a crew they understand his dream and are helping him get to where he wants to be. Since the crew often is there to help the captain achieve his/her dream.
2. Out of every pirate crew I can recall, Bartolomeo is the only one that refers to his as a club. Which could mean that it isnt a permanent crew, since everyone else are either refered to as the "Blank" Pirates, or the "Blank" Crew.
Also, their were StrawHats who had Crews, Clubs, or Family's that they left to join Luffy:
Ussop left the Ussop Pirates to join luffy:
Sanji had left his Leader/Mentor/Captain Red Leg Zeff on the Baratie to join Luffy:
Franky left his family to join the StrawHats:
Allot of the crew already came from families, crews, and clubs of there own that they left in order to follow their dream and help luffy obtain his. Bartolomeo is no different.
So even if he doesnt immediately join after this acr, one day Bart will defiinitely join the crew. It is his DREAM after all.
