Can Bartholomew Kuma repel Big Mom's Soul strike like he did to Perona's ghosts pre-time skip? Would that not render Big Mom's useless against Big Barth if a fight were to happen between the two of them?

You mean the soul grab? He probably couldn't reflect that since it's not an attack really like the ghost attack but he probably would be unafraid like Jinbei was so it wouldn't work. BM would still be able to beat Kuma though through her physical strength and durability.
