For me Kuma takes this. physical attacks won't work on him, unless luffy can catch him off guard with his speed, but i still give this to kuma.

Kuma is not just repel Luffy's attacks but he could possibly speed-blitz him like no other. The Nikyu Nikyu no mi can also be used to push Kuma himself at speed of light and have him appear from point A to B in seemingly no time at all, making it look like he teleported.
So Kuma would have little trouble against Luffy. I thought people would go say Luffy wins because ever since the timeskip he's been overated.

Kuma wins. I think Luffy is stronger, but Kuma's DF is just so op. For Luffy to win against him, I actually think he needs a technique that can one-shot him, or use a ton of long range attacks. One slap and Kuma can drop him in the middle of an ocean
