Starts off 30 meters apart, Moriah has 100 zombies/shadows

Imho I would have to give this to Moriah simply because of what he can do, he's been held back a bit swapping with his shadow while in a state of separation would be dope

Barth Kuma(the non full robot version) is possibly the first or second strongest warlord in the series, moriah isn't winning but his devil fruit does have hax. He'll beat him but moriah will escapped.
I remember Kuma threatening Moriah too,
