Kuma is an enormous man who is 689 centimeters tall and is usually seen carrying a Bible. His overall appearance resembles that of a bear, though there are a few key differences. His hat features a pair of rounded ears, and, along with the fabric of his pants, is covered in brown spots. His jacket contains a large white design reminiscent of a target crosshair. There are also several paw prints lining the bottom hem of his coat. He also has a long protruding chin.
Personality:
Despite his imposing figure and his past reputation, Bartholomew Kuma is a very calm and quiet person. Although he obeys the commands of the Ninja World and Villages, Kuma disagrees with what his superiors deem "good" and "bad" in the world. Instead, Kuma strives to uphold his own ideals (described as "Moral Justice”) whenever possible. When talking, Kuma customarily uses the word "target" in his sentences. He also tends to ask a person where they would like to go on a trip before he sends them to afterlife with his fighting skills.

Kuma is elite on using Gentle Fist, due being one of the best members of Hyuuga clan. He has completely mastered Gentle Fist and he's known to make variants of it's usage. One type of variant is where Kuma combines Gentle Fist with Wind chakra, allowing him to deliver Gentle Fist attacks without touching the opponent by sending both Wind and Chakra in form of shock wave at targets. One notable feature of his Gentle Fist is that he holds Pads on both of his hands in order to use another variant where Kuma delivers Gentle Fist attacks quickly at opponent's attacks taijutsu attacks, allowing him to block attacks and repel them away in some situations. He also possesses the Byakugan which is used him always in battles and some may notice that his eyes are gray like Hyuuga clan members have.
- Wind release: Kuma is expert on using Wind release since it's his main element and he has gone through intense training inorder to get to level that he is on right now. While using wind attacks he is shown to require less concentration on making them due it being his main element.
- Body: Even though Kuna is 689 centimeters long he is very agile and fast. He usually is shown walking slowly but when its needed Kuma is able of speeding with Sage ranked ninja's speed. Other special things about his body is that beneath his jacket multiple scrolls and seals are hidden to summon weapons such as Humming Wind Blade.
- Medical training and Iron release: Kuma is the creator of Iron release and medical ninja. Beneath his skin and clothes, Iron machinery is hidden and he is able of using it to increase his mass, increasing taijutsu damage and to defend himself from some weapon/taijutsu/sword attacks. Being medical ninja allowed him to apply iron into his body, bit by bit.

History:
Bartholomew Kuma was a member of Hyuuga clan that borned to lower branches of Hyuuga clan. He began training in the age of five with his father. His father was a strict Hyuuga clan member that wanted to break the branch system of Hyuuga clan, inorder to make every member equal. Because his father wasn't strong enough he spent time on training Kuma to be the best. Kuma's life was good and he was made into Genin during the age of eight, faster than other Hyuuga members of his age. Even though he had successful ninja career he never felt like getting love from his father. He learned Wind as his first element when he made into Chunin at the age of 11 and he achieved Jonin rank at the age of 14. Other Hyuuga clan members began to envy him for his skills and talent, resulting them to later capture him because they were afraid of his talent. During the capture everyone close to him was killed brutally. During the three years he was captured he used to study the Will of Damian and devoted his life for it. On the day Kyuubi attacked to Konoha Hyuuga clan was distracted by ongoing attack Kuma, with his well honed skills escaped from the other clan members. He left Konoha with just ninja tools and bible with him. He traveled through many villages and made multiple friends and used the time to learn new skills. His first stop was in the Kirigakure where he spent two months learning art of water. He met many interesting people in the Kirigakure, such as Benazz, Emperor and Hasashi. The two months went fast and he again left to travel. This time he stopped in Amegakure where he met his best friends; Akiza, Sin, Chiryoku and Faust. He used four years in Amegakure learning basic elements and Rain, though most of the time he used was spent on fooling around with his friends. He then travelled through the Kumogakure into Iwagakure. During the fight he made more friends with Mugiwara and Kirabi. Even though the voyage through Kumogakure was short he enjoyed it very much. Not much is known of the time he used in Iwagakure. For some reason he fought in war on Iwagakure's side and after war he returned to Amegakure. His friends immediately noticed that he wasn't same person anymore that he once was.
