Description: This landmark is filled with the presence of one of the nine Tailed Beasts. Referred to as Chakra Monsters, the beasts were formed form the Sage of the Six Paths splitting the power of the Ten-Tails hundreds of years ago. Each beast carries with it an overwhelming presence, wielding primordial chakra that itself is stronger than most normal humans. When in the presence of a Tailed Beast, one’s damage is reduced by 30 and their base speed is reduced by a quarter. Overwhelming Presence is negated by the Fallen Star meteorite, its power able to diffuse the chakra of a Tailed Beast. These beasts are more powerful than their lower tiered contemporaries, being able to ignore the powerful suppression abilities of the Sharingan if more than 20% health remain.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the 5 - 8 Tailed Beasts.
( Sansei Ame ) - Acid Rain (Activate Passively)

Description: When the foul Chakra Beast that is Saiken is summoned, its natural power causes a powerful downpour of acid rain around the battlefield. This acid is extremely damaging to all around, causing 15 damage per turn to living targets. This acid weakens physical techniques by 10 damage from the acid. This and the acid rain damage cannot be mitigated. Should a user take damage, the damage taken will increase by 5 each subsequent turn.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the Six-Tails and cannot be deactivated.
( Rokubi chon Hengi no Jutsu ) - Six-Tailed Full Transformation Technique (Reference)

Description: The user borrows chakra from Saiken before a blinding white layer of chakra and acid envelops them as the Six-Tailed Beast is released into the world. Saken is an enormous white — with a light blueish tint — bipedal slug with stubby arms, feet and six long tails. It has two prominent optical tentacles (eyes) and hole-like openings as a mouth. Its entire body is covered in a thick, slimy substance Entering Complete Transformation creates a great deal of energy, producing craters beneath the user and destroying any restraints that might have been placed upon them beforehand while pushing other users back to mid range. While active, Saiken is capable of using Acid and Soap Bubble Ninjutsu, Water, and Tailed Beast Techniques. Much like all other Tailed Beast, Saiken has 80 damage reduction as well as a damage increase to its techniques by +40. Saiken is not known for being agile, having the ability to move at only 30 speed. However, he and his body leaves behind great amounts of acid that cause 80 damage per turn. He also has 700 Health and is able to track up to 4 times his speed. When the Six-Tailed Complete Transformation is used, the user gains a separate pool of chakra to draw from. Saiken’s Chakra pool is 3000 Chakra and when roaming free/unsealed, this pool is doubled though this means a Ninja World Mod is controlling it.
Note: Each use lasts up to 10 turns before the user wakes up. After waking, he cannot make use of any Jinchuriki or Tailed Beast skills above the basic Chakra Shroud state for 5 turns. Can only be activated twice per arc.
Note: The user is capable of summoning Saiken at any stage of mastery; during initial stages, this causes him to release Saiken in an enraged state, temporarily boosting his power higher than normally but relinquishing all control over him which causes a Ninja World Moderator to then control his actions, gaining a damage boost to a +60 instead of 40. The user is also rendered KO for the remainder of the event. This, however, does not mean he will lose the Bijuu and will retain it the next arc.

The moment the Tengu started to walk into the barrier, it wasn’t long until it’s gaze would be intercepted by the appearance of some sort of…beast. Standing there, back bent over as its grazing some of the grass on the around stood the sixth beasth - Saiken. The giant slug would have heard someone approaching, as he turned to meet the Tengu. “RAWRRRR!” the beast roared, flashing this tail into the direction of the Tengu and gave chase, running swiftly as it pierced past the barrier just before Madara and company had walked past the barrier themselves.

( Bijutsu: Biju Shōgekiha ) - Tailed Beast Skill: Tailed Beast Shockwave

Description: A basic skill available to all Tailed Beasts and their Jinchuriki, the chakra shockwave is as dramatic as it is useful. A Tailed Beast uses its massive chakra reserve to turn anything from a roar or a simple wave of a limb into a powerful force of pressure and destruction. The ability varies in power, depending on the chakra mode the user is in and the chakra he puts into it but can only be used from time to time and never in focused or precise ways. In their Chakra Shroud state, the technique gains a +20 damage increase. In their Incomplete Mode, the technique gains a +30 damage increase. In Complete Transformation, the technique gains +40 damage increase.

More humans?! Saiken no pleased!” the beast roared, as the acid rain continued to downpour. Saiken wanted these humans out of its domain, and now. As such - it would quickly unleash a barrage of bubble based tailed beast bombs (all five), each one aimed at the group of two (Madara and his company). As they raced towards the opponent, if not careful - would completely destroy them without any mercy. "SAIKEN STRONGEST BIJUU EVER! HAHAHA~" the enraged slug said in its moment of triumph. Each TBB carried (100 +30 via Fortified Bubble + 60 Full Transformation = 190), carrying such much power behind it.



And if that wasn't the end of it Saiken would unleashed a powerful stream of pressurized water from its mouth, attempting to slice clean through rock and any other solid material - including living beings clean and without mercy.


(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave

Description: After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

The moment Merlin entered the area, he knew he had come to the right place. Two monstrous chakra signatures, one belonging to the man he sought, the other to a Tailed Beast. Before long, he set his eyes on Madara himself, standing with his companions at his side. No doubt, they were preparing to face the calamity that was Saiken. "Uchiha Madara, I presume?"
The Magus of Flowers stood a few meters to Madara's right, his head slightly turned to face him. "Given the current circumstance, we'll dispense with the introductions until after this... business is concluded." Turning his gaze to the gargantuan slug before him, an eerie smile curled on Merlin's lips. His natural healing ability would allow him to effectively negate the damage done by the Acid Rain... but only for so long.

Description: Those with the cells of Hashirama are able to use the immense regeneration ability to heal injuries afflicted on them in mere moments. Anyone who has these cells in their bodies are able to naturally use this. This allows the user to heal minor injuries such as cuts,gashes, broken fingers or wrist/ankle and other small bruises.
Level 1: Done passively, this allows the user to heal small to moderate injuries. These include things like small cuts to broken digits and bruises as well as bleeding. These involve injuries that result from taijutsu attacks to minor wounds such as stabs in limbs, some broken bones as well as internal bleeding, slight organ tears. This is for none life threatening wounds and heals up to 30 damage
Level 2: Taking the place of a jutsu per turn, the user is able to make use of the healing abilities of Hashirama's cells and apply them at a greater level, employing the cells to heal large injuries, such as shattered bones, ruptured organs, even regeneration of missing limbs. This requires a large amount of chakra, and can only be done up to 3 times a battle. This can only be used once every 2 turns of Wood SM and heals up to 60 ( or A rank ) damage.
Level 3: Deemed the ultimate regeneration at the cost of a jutsu per turn, the user is able to regenerate even the most deadly of injuries, such as a completely blown away chest or fully regrowing his body after bifurcation. After using, the user can only use one other jutsu the same turn. This can only be used a total of 3 times and once every 4 turns. As long as their head is attached/they have consciousness, this jutsu can be used. After using, the user can only use two other jutsu that turn and the next.
Note: Level 1 can only be used by bios with Hashirama DNA and access to Wood Release. Level 2 requires Wood SM to be active and Level 3 can only be utilized by the Juubi Jinchuriki.

Joining Lord of Kaos against Saiken
Madara bio, 15 meters away from the Bijuu.

As Madara prepared to enter the barrier, he heard a loud screeching noise as the Bijuu rushed forward. Sensing the gigantic behemoth approaching, Madara prepared his counter as he summoned his staff to his right hand, suppressing the Bijuu’s Presence and drawing the Gunbai into his left hand as he heard a voice speaking towards him. Turning his head, he noticed someone approaching with a staff in hand. He sensed the Relic Core with him and thought it must have been the person Lucifer informed him about. Scoffing, Madara turned his head back towards the Bijuu. Though he didn’t need the help, Madara wasn’t too vain to receive the assistance. As the Bijuu screamed and released a massive shockwave, Madara stepped forward as Akujin exited the barrier. Swinging the gunbai out in front of him as he walked, Madara quickly absorbed the force of the shockwave despite it’s heavy strength. Meanwhile, Merlin quickly enters Sage Mode at the same time instantly and forms a few short seals as he creates several gigantic hands around the Bijuu in an attempt to crash into him.

As this happens, Akuryo begins to watch the Tailed Beast as Akujin moves 5 meters to Madara’s right. During this, Madara releases the massive fox of pure Bijuu chakra, causing it to rush forward towards the Bijuu in an attempt to slam into it should it evade the Wood Hands.

( Mokuton Sennin Modo ) - Wood Sage Mode

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent techniques employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-15/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn), for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x4. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Lastly but most importantly, the user’s ability to combat Bijuu Techniques as well as Tailed Beast themselves. This is shown by allowing his techniques to be capable of combatting Bijuu techniques with an additional 20 damage as well as absorb Bijuu chakra at heightened levels, effectively weakening. When interacting with Bijuu directly, the user becomes capable of absorbing 1.5x the amount of chakra normally from them via Wood canon techniques. The user also becomes capable of using (Kakuan Nitten Suishu) - Tenth Edict On Enlightenment through his other Wood Jutsu, removing the need to surround the targets with pillars and instead wrap around the targets and restrain them for a turn. Should they be unable to break the restraints, the Bijuu or Jinchuriki will have their state reverted. Unlike other variations of Sage mode, Wood release and its natural affinity towards Natural energy allows the user to gather natural energy more easily. While meditating the user is able to use Ninjutsu up to Brank of Wood release and its components. However, only techniques that employ shape manipulation can be used and the rate of conversion between Chakra and Senjutsu Chakra is 5% per turn (Sage mode activates at 10% reserve, requires uninterrupted meditation). The user can continue to use this ability once he enters Sage mode, to extend the duration but his techniques are not empowered.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again.
Note: This variation of Sage mode can only be used by Senju Hashirama or Uchiha Madara.

( Fuuinjutsu: Inari ) - Sealing Arts: Inari

Description: Based on the Uchiha Return ability of the Uchiwa Gunbai, Jurojin as well as the Hachiman jutsu, the user first absorbs chakra into his gunbai. Upon absorbing this chakra, the user channels chakra of his own into the gunbai, equal to that he absorbed. This is done in preparation for the second half of the jutsu. Upon doing this, the user will swing his gunbai, releasing the absorbed chakra in the form of a large fox created from the chakra absorbed. This doesn't mean that the opponent will be able to control or utilize this chakra, however; it simply means that the type of chakra used will be of that the user absorbed ( i.e. if the user absorbs a mass of Scorch chakra, then the chakra released will imitate the properties of Scorch. This is achieved via a seal located on the barrier, marked with the Kanjis "Sustain" and "Release". How this works is when chakra is absorbed with the Uchiwa Gunbai jutsu or other gunbai absorption jutsu, the "Sustain" seal can be passively activated to allow the user to maintain the absorbed chakra in it's natural state instead of automatically converting it to raw chakra like usual. However, should this passive activation occur, the user is unable to utilize the chakra in jutsu, such as the Uchiwa Gunbai or it's variants unless specifically noted. As this passive activation occurs, the user releases chakra of his own equaling that of the absorbed jutsu to both trigger the absorbed jutsu as well as activate the "release" seal. This causes the released jutsu to take on the shape of an up to 15 meter tall fox and the properties of the absorbed chakra and it's inherent effects, including augmented effects it may have had when absorbed. Due to the user's chakra mixing with the opponent's in the various seals this allows the user to cause the absorbed chakra to be harmful to the original target, even if normally immune to it. This doesn't change the overall power nor S/W of said chakra, however. It will be released at the same power it originally had, only difference is the fox appearance and harmful aspect of it.
Note: Follows the same restrictions of the original Uchiwa Gunbai jutsu. The user is able to use the Gunbai to control it's movements or allow it to have enough sentience to attack for him and think for itself in this regard.
Note: S rank and above variants can only be used once every 4 turns for a collective 3 usage max.

( Mokuton: Hotei no Jutsu) Wood Release: The Laughing Attack of Buddha

Description: After performing the required 3 hand seals, the user creates 4 gigantic wooden hands that erupt upward from beneath the ground, which encircle and then attempt to restrain a chosen enemy. The size of each of these hands is around the size of a tailed beast. If the hands manage to grab the enemy, they will be unable to use techniques due to the woods chakra absorbing abilities. Each hand can only be destroyed by S-Rank techniques but, due to their size, are not suited for attacking small targets.

Description: Forged in the flames of primordial creation, Kuniumi is a staff crafted from a combination of the bones of Tiamat, segments of the God Tree, and splinters of a meteorite that fell to the earth centuries ago. The staff is twisted at the top, curling around itself and branching out into three segments, with each segment hollowed out to openly display swirling black and white energies within. Throughout the staff shards of the Fallen Star can be seen. The staff is bound to the Zero Seal, and can be summoned to the user or sealed away passively at their discretion; as a weapon of the Zero Seal, it signifies the user’s position as the Master of the Akatsuki, granting them authority over the organization. The union of the Juubi and Tiamat represent two pillars of creation; a union of Chakra and Primordial Life. Among the ten relic weapons, Kuniumi stands among them as the strongest.

Inherent Ability: Primordial Presence

Intrinsic Traits:

Ancient Wisdom (I-III): Affords the user access to ancient wisdom stored within the bones of the staff. Allows the user to 1/2/3 times per battle understand the nature and inner workings of any technique and improve their counter to it by an effective 10/20/30 damage. This does not count toward one of the user’s two boosts or debuffs.
Primordial Salt Sea (I-III): The user’s innate connection to the Void empowers them. They gain an innate 20% Insanity Resistance, and enjoy an increased 20/30/40 health points.
Strength of the Ten-Tails (I-III): The physical body of the Juubi present in the staff synchronizes with the user’s body, enhancing their ability to wield Kuniumi as if it was an extension of themselves. Bukijutsu performed with the staff have their damage increased by 10/20/30. When strikes are made by the staff it inflicts 60/80/100 damage at the cost of a move. When striking an enemy directly, either a clone, Creation, or opponent, the user’s staff drains a small amount of chakra in momentary contact, draining 20/40/60 per instance.

Chaos (I-II): Crafted in the depths of the Sunlit Forge, Kuniumi is the strongest of the ten Relic Weapons. It has an innate connection to the Juubi and Tiamat, granting its wielder access to a resource called Chaos, which comes from the Void itself. Chaos is a passive skill that fuels many of Kuniumi’s abilities in its branches. At Tier I the user’s Chaos can be accumulated up to ten points. One point of Chaos is awarded passively per turn, as well as when the user uses the staff to destroy or counter opposing techniques, or when the user strikes another living target with the staff and saps their chakra. When the user unlocks Tier II of Chaos, their passive accumulation of Chaos doubles and they can hold up to fifteen points. Techniques fueled by Chaos are typically void of chakra, unless specifically stated otherwise.

The user is able to expend their Chaos on various abilities throughout the three branches of Birth of an Empire or they can summon Mushussu. Mushussu was Marduk's dragon, dragged into the Void during the Great War and now bound to the Birth of an Empire. Summoning Mushussu can be done with a minimum of 3 Chaos, though he grows stronger for each point invested thereafter; Mushussu's base stats, with 3 Chaos, is 60 Health Points, 800 Chakra, and 12 base movement speed. Each point of Chaos invested thereafter increases his Health Points by an additional 10, Chakra by an additional 100, and movement speed by an additional .5. Mushussu is capable of using Fire Release, neutral to all elements and used with the user's own custom techniques, without hand seals and, if summoned with fifteen Chaos, reduces all physical and spiritual damage done to him by 50 points. While on the field Mushussu empowers the user's Stolen Blessing, Chaotic Infusion, or Void Intensity depending on the branch of Birth of an Empire they pursue. [/FONT]

Stolen Blessing: While empowered Stolen Blessing will grant the user a 30% chance on a successful activation to double the Void Infusion they gain.

Chaotic Infusion: When Chaotic Infusion activates while empowered the user will either heal for 50 Health Points, gain 300 Chakra (will not go over the user's cap, or increase their base speed by 5 levels for 2 turns; rolled as a 33% chance in the Official Rolls.

Void Intensity: When Void Intensity activates the user's next freeform dodge is treated as having an additional effective 3 base movement speed, though not actually increasing the user's base movement speed.

Golden Empire
The first era of prosperity. An age of order in a universe freshly forged from Chaos. Golden Empire causes the Fallen Star fragments to glow white and gold.

Stolen Blessing (B-Rank, active):
Activated in the same timeframe as another technique used, and costs four Chaos; gives the user a 60% chance to receive a single Void Infusion. Can be activated once every two turns.
Radiant Light (A-Rank, passive): Whenever the user successfully spends a Void Infusion, they cause a burst of light to radiate from their body. The burst of light heals the user for 10 damage.
Glory to the Gods (S-Rank, active): Activated at the cost of a move, though done within the same timeframe of another technique, and a single Void Infusion, Glory to the Gods causes the user’s next four specialized techniques to require no hand seals, used only through hand motions. Usable three times per battle.
Pinnacle of Civilization (S-Rank, active): Activated at the cost of a move and two Void Infusions, grants another usage of a technique that the user owns. Does not circumvent cooldowns set on techniques, and cannot be used with Kekkei Genkai skills. Can be used twice per battle.
Light of the Gods (F-Rank, passive): Light of the Gods is a passive skill used in conjunction with Radiant Light. Whenever Radiant Light activates Light of the Gods will further empower it, depending on the type of Void Infused Artifact used.

  • Radiant Burst: If a Supplementary Void Infused Artifact is activated, then Radiant Light’s heal is quintupled.
  • Flash of Light: If an Offensive Void Infused Artifact is activated, then Radiant Light will blind all enemies within long-range of the user through its flash of light. The blinding effects linger for two turns.
  • Light’s Bulwark: If a Defensive Void Infused Artifact is activated, then Radiant Light will cause the user to reduce the damage of incoming attacks by the amount of healing done by Radiant Light. Stacks with itself.
Inheritance of the Void
A gift from two gods. A time long forgotten. Inheritance causes the bones of Tiamat in the staff to glow a gentle, light purple.

Chaotic Infusion (B-Rank, passive):
The user has a 3% chance every turn to gain a single Void Infusion. This effect is increased to 6% when the user is at 10 Chaos.
Infinitude (A-Rank, passive): Increases the total number of Void Infusions the user can carry by 1. Stacks with all other sources of Void Infused Artifacts that would increase capacity.
Connection to the Void (S-Rank, active/passive): For each Void Infusion the user has accumulated their Insanity Resistance granted from Primordial Salt Sea increased by an additional 10%. This decreases when these Infusions are spent. Actively, when the user spends a Void Infusion the effects of the Void Infused Artifact it is used on are increased by 10% for each Infusion spent.
Terminus (S-Rank, active): Activated within the same timeframe as the user spending a Void Infusion, causes the user’s next offensive technique to have a 30% chance to grant them another Void Infusion. Can be used once every four turns.
Darkness of the First God (F-Rank, active/passive): Passively, Darkness of the First God doubles the chance that Chaotic Infusion activates. Whenever Chaotic Infusion does activate the user gains one Chaos. Actively, this technique can be used to employ Void energy following the Void rules. Inflicts 10 damage for each accumulated point of Chaos and Void Infusions. The shape, size, and scale are all determined by the user.

Convergence
The past. The future. All returning to this point. Convergence causes Kuniumi to glow purple, and anyone who stares at it directly will hear whispers from the Void.

Causes all attacks and defenses that cost the user a move mounted through the Strength of the Ten-Tails to give the user a 10% chance to gain a single Void Infusion.
Striking Darkness (A-Rank, active): At the cost of an additional move the user is able to activate Striking Darkness in the same timeframe with any Bukijutsu that the user is going to use. The user can consume Void Infusions through this technique, creating a shield around their body that protects them from any physical damage while using this Bukijutsu technique. The shield’s health value is determined by the number of Void Infusions consumed, 40 health points for each and 2 per point of Chaos. Can be used once every four turns.
Cosmic Energy (S-Rank, passive): Whenever Void Intensity activates the user has a 50% chance to double the number of Void Infusions gained from it. Passively increases the number of Void Infusions the user is able to hold by 1.
Cosmology (S-Rank, passive): Any target, living or technique, neutralized or overpowered with the Strength of the Ten-Tails causes a short-range explosion that does not harm the user. The explosion’s damage is determined by the number of Void Infusions the user currently holds; damage is increased by 30 per Void Infusion, and by 5 per point of Chaos. The explosion is elementally neutral, appears as a purple torrent of light, and effectively contains 60 chakra.
Abzu’s Insight (F-Rank, active/passive): Enables the user to active Ancient Wisdom in the same timeframe as Strength of the Ten-Tails, and allows the user to target Ancient Wisdom at opponents rather than just techniques. For each Void Infusion and point of Chaos the user has, the damage or the counter-attack boost of Ancient Wisdom is increased by 2 points. Can be used twice per battle. [/INDENT]

Description: A weapon of divine right, Ame-no-Ohabari, or Ame no Ohabari, is a legendary Totsuka-no-Tsurugi blade. Based on the fabled blade used by Izanagi to cut Kagutsuchi, what makes this sword so unique is the method of it's creation as well as it's abilities and not just the latter like with most weapons. Formed by the user first drawing Corundum chakra. Corundum itself has a crystalline structure, allowing the user to make blades that are incredibly and unusually sharp, making a blade that is often described as capable of cutting through anything, although that is just stories that has grown from it's use. In actuality, the Corundum blade is as thin as a millimeter. However, this isn't the entirety of the process; when mixing the Corundum chakra to create the blade, the user also applies Divine Wind chakra to the sword as he creates it, causing the incredibly sharp black blade to have Divine Wind properties as well, predominantly showed as an emanating heat wave like manifestation of Divine Wind around the blade, effectively coating it with the properties of the element. Due to this unique composition of the two elements, it effectively negates the weaknesses of the elements, making it neutral to all elemental attacks. This is the most basic ability of the sword itself, called Body of Kagutsuchi, it allows the user to utilize Corundum jutsu (created from the sword) with neutrality to their original weaknesses. In addition to this neutralizing effect, the user is also capable of using the blade to channel energy through it, namely elements and advanced elements such as Fire, Lightning and energy based KG/CE that is formed from any of the energy elements that create Corundum and Divine Wind ( Wind, Lightning, Fire ).

The Ame-no-Ohabari has a second set of active abilities called the Blood of Kagutsuchi. These abilities are that the user is capable of using it as a source for either Corundum or Divine Wind jutsu. However, he is only able to do this once every four turns. Using the sword as a source allows the user to release said elemental attacks with increased damage, boosting it +20 damage as well as utilizing them without handseals if used in conjunction with the sword. The user is also capable of releasing streams of Divine Wind from the sword with power up to A rank, creating what can be likened to Chidori Spear, only made by Divine Wind.

Note: The neutralizing ability of Ame-no-Ohabari, named Body of Kagutsuchi, is it's natural, passive ability; present at all times due to it's composition, it requires no additional chakra to utilize.

( Gunbai Uchiwa) - Army Arrangement Fan

Description: The legendary war fan of Uchiha Madara, the Gunbai Uchiwa is a wide fan weapon with a tomoe pattern on it, a long handle with bandages wrapped around the base and a long chain attached to it. The gunbai is very resilient, being virtually indestructible. Its edges are somewhat shart and its large size makes it ideal for defensive purposes. Additionally, the user can channel chakra into it while swinging it. By doing so, massive blasts of unfocused wind can be released with varying power from C-Rank to A-Rank, depending on the users chakra input. The range of the blast increases with its power (C-Rank Short Range; B-Rank Mid-Range; A-Rank Long Range). Additionally, it can be used to perform some unique and powerful techniques such as (Uchihagaeshi) Uchiha's Return.

Description: Izanami’s Curse is a compound bow crafted from the bones of Tiamat. At the recurve and the notch are two small crystalline orbs, each flickering with black and white energies within them representative of a fully powered weapon core. The bow is bound to the North Seal and can be summoned to the user or sealed passively at their discretion. Unique to Izanami’s Curse, the bow produces arrows through the user’s spiritual energies, siphoned passively, as they pull the drawstring back. Baseline, the bow can be used in two ways; the first is freeform firing of arrows. The second method, at the cost of a move, fires arrows with inherent damage which is a function of the distance to the bow’s target. In short range arrows inflict 20 damage, in mid-range they inflict 40, and at long-range they inflict 80 damage.

Intrinsic Traits:

Archer’s Tempo (I-III): Enhances the user’s ability to draw and release arrows from the bow with greater dexterity in short-range. Increases draw speed by 1.5x/2x/2.5x of the user’s base speed.
Tempered Fletching (I-III): Heat treated metal arrow tips formed from the user’s spiritual energy. Increases damage of the arrows fired based on the distance from the target. Bonus +10/20/30 damage when the user is in long-range from their target, half bonus when in mid-range.
High-Tension String (I-III): A tightly bound bowstring that allows the user to launch arrows with remarkable speed in close-quarters. Increases the speed of arrows by two times the speed of an A/S/F ranked Lightning technique.

Spirit-Tipped Arrows (A-Rank, passive): Izanami’s Curse arrow tips draw on the user’s spiritual energy when fletched and imbues them with a parasitic curse. The arrow tips feast on chakra and, when they strike an opponent or their techniques, release spiritual energy which will tether to the opponent. Breaking this tether naturally requires a surge of 30 chakra, minimum, and awareness of it in the first place. Intrinsically this achieves nothing until the wielder unlocks one of the three branches.

Predator’s Guile
The wind, the target, the arrow. Alters the appearance of Izanami’s Curse to that of a longbow.

Hunter’s Instinct (B-Rank, passive): The Spirit-Tipped Arrows of Izanami’s Curse are enhanced to create a spiritual binding between user and victim. The user becomes able to sense the spiritual position and status of their victim, even across dimensions. This form of awareness supersedes any sensory suppression or negation. Unlocked with Predator’s Guile.
Windflight Arrows (A-Rank, active): Actively augments the user’s arrows with their Wind chakra, allowing them to pass through the air with a greater level of control. Allows the user to control the movement of released arrows for the turn after they are released. Can be done simultaneously as other techniques. Can only be used once every four turns.
Bullseye (S-Rank, passive): The user’s arrows are augmented to inflict 100% additional critical damage.
Patience and Time (S-Rank, passive): Upon actively firing an arrow from Izanami’s Curse the user will erase their physical presence as a passive result from firing the arrow. This invisibility is the equivalent of Muu’s Hiding with Camouflage. Lasts for two turns or until broken by offensive or defensive action. Can only be activated once every three turns.
Cyclonic Burst (F-Rank, active): Actively allows the user to unleash devastation within short-range of their position when releasing an arrow. Once the drawstring is released a natural burst of wind rips outward from the user’s position at three times the user’s base speed, making this a potent defensive ability inflicting 100 damage. Can be used twice, once per three turns.

Elemental Archer
Tried and true. Alters the appearance of Izanami’s Curse to that of a short-bow with bladed ends suitable for melee weapon use, including for Bukijutsu based techniques within reason.

Lightning Strike (B-Rank, active): Activated for a period of three turns. Imbues the arrow tips with the user’s lightning chakra; one turn after impact, should an arrow tip remain on the battlefield after clashing with an opponent’s technique or striking a solid target, causes it to detonate in a torrential blast of lightning that echoes the damage of the original arrow.
Pathfinding (A-Rank, active and passive): Passively increases the user’s base speed by +2 levels. Stacks with other sources of base speed augmentations. This passive increase can be increased to a 3x speed enhancement for two turns after releasing Izanami’s drawstring, as well as granting the user the ability to use a type of Flicker Evasion for its duration. The speed increase remains deactivated for a period of five turns after this effect ends. Can be used twice per battle.
Elemental Fury (S-Rank, active): Elemental arrows. Arrow tips are augmented with an elemental nature of the user’s choosing. Detonates with the chosen elemental nature upon impact, up to mid-range in radius. Usable once every other turn.
Elemental Ensnarement (S-Rank, active): Active enhancement of the user’s Spirit-Tipped Arrows. When activated the user taps into the spiritual binding between them and their opponent, allowing them to cast an elemental illusion of their choosing requiring a surge of at least fifty chakra to escape from. Note that this surge does not allow the opponent to shatter the spiritual tether itself, only the illusion, unless it exceeds 80 chakra.
Marked Target (F-Rank, passive): Passively augments the user’s Spirit-Tipped Arrows and their tether to increase all elemental damage the target takes by 50%. Elemental Fury augmented arrows bind through the Spirit-Tip, causing the target to have the element applied to the arrow sealed from usage unless the Spirit-Tip is dispelled.

Spiritual Assassin
Chilling and silent. Alters the appearance of Izanami’s Curse to that of a smooth recurve bow.

Metaphysical Bleed (B-Rank, passive): Modifies the Spirit-Tipped Arrows to cause a metaphysical spiritual bleeding effect. While an enemy is under the effect of the arrows, they suffer -10 health per turn until cured.
Chilled Fletching (A-Rank, active): Enhances the Tempered Fletching of the arrows and Spirit-Tips for a single arrow, causing those effected by Spirit-Tips to have their current movement speed reduced by 40%. Can be used every two turns.
Doppelganger (S-Rank, active): After releasing Izanami’s drawstring, the user actively creates a spiritual doppleganger of themselves while rendering themselves spiritually intangible, in a sense becoming similar to that of a Limbo clone. In this state the user is unable to interact with anything considered ‘physical,’ anything within a state of not being spiritual. The user can be detected through means of spiritual detection, and can be interacted with through spiritual-based techniques. Can be used twice per battle, and lasts for two turns. While in a spiritual state the user is unable to use techniques unless they end use of Doppleganger.
Overwhelming Spirit (S-Rank, passive): Empowers the Spirit-Tipped Arrows, increasing the chakra surge requirement to break free from them from 30 to 40.
Spiritual Shattering (F-Rank, passive and active): Passively modifies Izanami’s Spiritual-Tipped Arrows to stack indefinitely with themselves. This does not allow Metaphysical Bleed to stack its damage. Upon reaching six established spiritual tethers, the user is able to actively achieve a Spiritual Shattering. Through a massive infusion of spiritual energy the user disrupts their victim’s balance; the victim suffers from 120 damage, -30 health per turn until cured, -75% of their current movement speed, and reduces the damage of all of their techniques by 50%.

Description: The Staff of Selection, 選定 五線, is a harrowed variant of Merlin’s own staff anchored to reality by the Void Tree. It was retrieved at the end of Merlin’s expedition into Kamiyasumi where Merlin was pulled into the Void and trapped in the Reverse Side of the World. It is a large staff measuring at about two meters in length; it resembles a crook, the head of the staff being carved to create a crest resembling the sprawling roots of a tree. Unlike the original, this harrowed version closely resembles the Void Tree. Its wood is ashen and somewhat cracked with traces of red veins running up and down its length. The staff has a unique connection with the Void Tree and the Reverse Side of the World, acting as a conduit to bridge the outer plane with reality and allow Merlin to freely project himself from his prison into the world. Passively, the Staff of Selection’s harrowed energies permeate into Merlin’s Wood Release techniques causing them to gain an increase of 30 additional damage. Visually this transforms the appearance of his standard Wood Release to mimic that of the Void Tree and the Staff itself. The wood of the Void Tree also moves faster than regular Wood Release, causing all of Merlin’s Wood techniques to gain an additional two base speed levels.

Tandoku Kengen (lit. 単独顕現, “Independent Manifestation”): The Staff of Selection’s connection to the Reverse Side of the World grants its wielder the ability to independently manifest within reality. It allows Merlin to project himself outside of his prison and into the world, effectively existing within two planes simultaneously. Merlin is able to use Independent Manifestation to transport his projection back to the Reverse Side of the World and anywhere he pleases, following Ninja World spacetime rules. Merlin’s projection is a flesh and blood representation of himself; it can be killed and interacted with as any would be normally. Genetic material can be harvested from it should the user agree to death in the Ninja World. If the projection is knocked out then it needs to regenerate as a normal biography would as well. Teleportation with Independent Manifestation can be done twice per battle, once every seven turns.

Kūsōju Shīdo (lit. 空想樹, “Fantasy Tree Seed”): The Fantasy Tree Seed draws upon the Void Tree to launch up to two large seeds from the Staff that are roughly the size of a melon but with clearly defined geometric shapes. As a basic projectile attack these Seeds strike targets for 100 physical damage, following splitting rules, and, unlike basic Wood Release, are strong to all elemental natures with the exception of Anutu and its subcomponents. After four turns, if they are not destroyed, these seeds mature into small human-sized Fantasy Trees that can be used as a source to manipulate and control for other Wood Release techniques. This can be used five times per battle.

Eiyū Sakusei (lit. 英雄作成, “Hero Creation”): Centuries ago during the age of Camelot Merlin was regarded as a “Kingmaker.” Merlin is able to draw upon the Staff of Selection to temporarily crown another, just as he did with Arthur. This is not simply a technique that strengthens another target; it is in effect reaching across the cosmos through the Void Tree to other worlds and realities where that individual is far more important or powerful than in our own and combining their beings. Upon activation the user will boost two fields the target possesses causing them to gain an additional 30 damage and 10 Chakra. It lasts for three turns. The base speed of the techniques within that field is increased by an additional three levels. Targets influenced by Hero Creation gain a red aura around their body. Hero Creation can be used three times per battle, once every five turns.

The Fallen Star, it was a thorn in the side of any tailed beast that might have come across it - which Saiken wasn’t fond of either. “BAD STAFF!” he yelled, but his determination to eliminate these humans became more of a priority. The creation of the wooden hands and the chakra fox being sent at Saiken had caused the beast to take into action. Continuing with it’s innate desire to strike, Saiken inhaled and exhaled a several bubble tailed beast bombs, two of which would have been fired to strike the wooden hands (2 100 + 60 + 30 = 190 - 5 = 185), completely blocking the hands from snatching the beast. The other three was specifically fired at the approaching fox like apparition one of which blasts through the fox with little effort, and the other continuing at maximum power. The rate of these being fired was very quick, allowing for Saiken to dispatch of the enemy techniques at a very rapid pace despite it all.

Bubble TBB - The user creates a Continuous TBB that is composed of five 10 meter sized TBBs that fires at the enemy. This bombard of bubbles deal massive exploding Water damage, dealing 100 damage each or deal collectively 160 if all used at once. What is unique about these bubbles is that if they are stronger than opposing defenses, these bubbles can encompass a technique and be instead be used against opponents, bursting to deal 60 damage and the damage of the original technique instead of this ability’s original damage. This can only be used once and counts as a move per turn.

As discussed, the defense against the Wood Hands would fail to destroy the remaining hands and prevent them from binding the 6 Tails and dealing damage. The 3 TBB fired at Madara would destroy the fox and continue onwards.

Madara stares forward, narrowing his eyes as he notices the Wooden Hands slam into the Tailed Beast and force it downwards, squeezing it. He notices the wood to appear strangely - like that of the Void Tree he saw in Isabella’s visions. Thinking to himself that he’ll question the man later, Madara notes the massive bubbles moving towards him and raises his Gunbai in front of him as he steps ahead of the group to absorb the force of the bubbles effortlessly due to their low chakra.

( Inton: Okuninushi ) - Yin Release: Okuninushi

Description: Based on Hands of Sloth, Uchihageshi, and Fukurokuju, the user blocks an incoming attack and absorbs it using his gunbai as a medium, nullifying its effects and purifying it on contact. However, this jutsu differs from the Uchihagaeshi jutsu due to it's special ability; before or after chakra has been absorbed, the user adds Yin natured chakra to the war fan. Granting it the intangibility and spiritually degenerative properties of the Hands of Sloth technique, the user becomes able to apply this converted chakra to various Uchihageshi variations when released. Upon release, this energy is near blindingly white and due to it's intangibility properties, is capable of passing through obstacles to seek spiritual energy to feed on. Upon contact with the target's chakra, this causes the afflicted to have aspects of their chakra usage weakened. What this does is causes opponents hit to gain the inability to use multiple jutsu in one timeframe or the ability to infuse chakra from other techniques into their jutsu. Should the opponent be hit twice, then the effects will double/worsen proportionately and they become unable to utilize above A rank Ninjutsu for 4 turns. This effect only takes place should the user choose not to make the attacks physical, in which case they carry high physical damage.
Note: When used, Okuninushi lasts for 3 turns and can be used twice, requiring at least 4 turns in between usages. After using, the user cannot make use of any Uchihageshi variants for 3 turns nor any Yin jutsu for the same turn.

Meanwhile, Merlin forms a lone seal and causes several toneii to fall from the sky onto the Bijuu’s giant body, further binding it under the weight of the hands and gates. With it’s ability to use chakra further suppressed, Madara allows Akuryo to desummon itself under the intense damage it was suffering. With Akujin beside him, Madara summons massive chains designed to begin to seal the Biju.

( Senpō: Myōjinmon ) - Sage Art: Gate of the Great God

Description: An amazing sealing technique which is used by Senju Hashirama while in Sage Mode and has so far been seen as the only technique able to contain even the Jubi. After making the Ram seal, the user manifests a select number of red wooden torii gates that fall down from above (manifested mid air above the target), in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways (like pilling them one above the other to increase their sealing strength). Their size is always proportionate to the target and once beneath it, the target becomes unable to mold chakra while having it slowly drained. The torii form instantly and fall down at amazing speed, making it almost impossible for the target to escape it. Two main uses have been seen so far, each with a specific use but with complementary uses:
  • Ten Seals (封十, Fūtō): Creates up to ten torii that can be used to pin several individual targets simultaneously or on top of each other in a single target. The targets become unable to mold chakra A-rank and above and get their chakra drained slowly (200 chakra points per turn, 400 if a Bijuu or transformed Jinchuriki ) while beneath the seals. Beneath the seals, the target cannot physically move. The seals can be placed strategically to completely pin the target down, like in the case of a fully transformed jinchuriki, pinning each tail and each limb to the ground. These torii always fall with great speed, moving at 45 speed.
  • Head Seal (封頭, Fūtō): Creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilise their head and finalize the seal. This last seal can only be placed after the user has successfully placed the Ten Seals and doing an additional Ram hand seal. Once placed, the target will not only be fully unable to mold chakra but will also get double the amount of chakra drained per turn.
Note: Can only be used by Senju Hashirama bios while in Sage Mode
Note: The seal is especially effective in Jinchurikis and Bijuus which, upon having been pinned under the 10 seals in any of their transformations or modes, will be rendered unable to mold chakra for any technique.

( Mazo no Kusari ) - Demonic Statue Chains

Description: A technique derived from the Outer Path, which manifests chakra chains to bind anyone who touches the user's chakra receivers. This binding power is far greater than Nagato's Outer Path. The chains have a cursed seal which suppresses the power of the tailed beasts and cause a great deal of pain to the victims. The Gedo can extend the chains from it's mouth and/or body to complete bind and restrict their targets. With the cursed seals on the chains, the user can not only bind their opponent physically but spiritually as well, similar to the Uzumaki clan's chains. Techniques that would otherwise allow the victim to escape the restrictions such as summoning techniques and other space/time techniques would be incapable of being used. However, in order to invoke any of the properties of the curse sealing on these chains, the victim must be impaled with the user’s or the statue's chakra rods. The exception to this are the Bijuu, since their chakra once originated with the Gedo Statue. If these conditions aren't met, then the chains are nothing but a physical ninjutsu with great power to be used for offensive or other purposes. The shinobi controlling the Gedo is capable of using this technique, extending it from their hands in various sizes. However, only those with adequate skills can make use of the sealing properties of the chains.
Note: The Gedo can utilize the sealing nature of the chains, but in order for the summoner to be able to use, he will have needed to have completed basic Fuuinjutsu.
Note: The Mazo can use this to forcibly seal Bijuu within their bodies if they maintain the hold of the technique for 3 turns. The Bijuu must be first released or the user must take an additional 2 turns to extract it from their person.
Note: The chains can be broken with same rank elemental chakra or Forbidden rank raw chakra. Bijuu Jutsu and techniques are ineffective against these chains as well as if the victim is under the constraints of the curse sealing properties. If they destroy or remove the rod from their bodies, the sealing will be broken and the chains will only be physically binding.
Note: To break the mental/spiritual binding of the seal requires a yin natured or spiritual jutsu of equal rank and power or higher.

Despite its attempt to strike the humans down, Saiken’s inability to counter the raw power of the Wood Release arms would be its fatal mistake. The hands would violently pin him down, but looking at the distance he merely noticed the man just absorbing his tailed beast bombs. The beast roared, until it was further silenced when a giant gate dropped onto its body. “You…humans…what is the purpose of all this…Saiken stays away from you all…yet you still hunt Saiken?!” he trashed but couldn’t budge as the beast became pierced with chains.

Father told me to walk among humanity…as a protector…but humanity has betrayed Father’s wishes…Saiken believe Father was wrong…humans are not our allies…” Saiken thought of the words Hagoromo once told him and his siblings. Not long after the creation of Ninjutsu - the beasts where hunted down for their power. Such foolishness the old man spat. Saiken was among them who originally believed the Sage…but this being living proof of humanity turning its heel on the beasts who once protected them…

Saiken…sad…Saiken strongest Bijuu...but...lose to humans...” was all he could muster as his chakra was being rapidly drained and being sealed by Madara.

Neither Madara or Merlin dignified the Bijū's lamenting with any verbal reply. As much pity as he felt for Saiken, this was an opportunity for him to obtain Madara's trust. Forming the Ram seal, a final torii gate fell upon the great beast's head, completing its effective paralysis, unable to move or mould chakra in any way. The process would take care of itself by this point, allowing Merlin to finally talk with Madara.

"I'm sure you have questions for me. Ask away, Uchiha-san."

Description: An amazing sealing technique which is used by Senju Hashirama while in Sage Mode and has so far been seen as the only technique able to contain even the Jubi. After making the Ram seal, the user manifests a select number of red wooden torii gates that fall down from above (manifested mid air above the target), in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways (like pilling them one above the other to increase their sealing strength). Their size is always proportionate to the target and once beneath it, the target becomes unable to mold chakra while having it slowly drained. The torii form instantly and fall down at amazing speed, making it almost impossible for the target to escape it. Two main uses have been seen so far, each with a specific use but with complementary uses:

Ten Seals (封十, Fūtō): Creates up to ten torii that can be used to pin several individual targets simultaneously or on top of each other in a single target. The targets become unable to mold chakra A-rank and above and get their chakra drained slowly (200 chakra points per turn, 400 if a Bijuu or transformed Jinchuriki ) while beneath the seals. Beneath the seals, the target cannot physically move. The seals can be placed strategically to completely pin the target down, like in the case of a fully transformed jinchuriki, pinning each tail and each limb to the ground. These torii always fall with great speed, moving at 45 speed.

Head Seal (封頭, Fūtō): Creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilise their head and finalize the seal. This last seal can only be placed after the user has successfully placed the Ten Seals and doing an additional Ram hand seal. Once placed, the target will not only be fully unable to mold chakra but will also get double the amount of chakra drained per turn.

Note: Can only be used by Senju Hashirama bios while in Sage Mode
Note: The seal is especially effective in Jinchurikis and Bijuus which, upon having been pinned under the 10 seals in any of their transformations or modes, will be rendered unable to mold chakra for any technique.

Saiken is struck one more with another gate, causing it screech in despair. It was soon fully unconscious; unable to form thoughts or even mold chakra to strike down these humans. "Please...let me goo..." the beast begged once more for its freedom.

He didn't know his name but he could put a few things together quite easily; he knew this was the person Lucifer had left to meet though whether they had linked up or not was to be seen. He knew the man was still in possession of a Relic Core, noticeable on the man's back. Though none of these things mattered to Madara at the moment, for he had one pressing concern.

"How did you obtain the Wood Release and what did you do to it?"

The man had the markings of Wood Sage Mode around his face as well as copious amounts of senjutsu chakra present, suggesting he was no ordinary ninja. He hadn't seen skill in Mokuton like this since Hashirama... no, not even Hashirama's usage was this powerful.

Merlin didn't expect that of all things to be Madara's first line of inquiry, but he would acquiesce nonetheless. Albeit, in a manner characteristic of his playful nature. "My, so upfront, Uchiha-san. Well, I never had to obtain it, for it's a power inherent to my bloodline, a product of a union between man and moon." Clearly, Madara had noticed the unique nature of his Wood Release, its perversion as a result of contact with the Void. Observant, as all Uchiha were. "I've been investigating the Void Tree, its roots have spread across the land. It's connected to the heart which lies in the depths of this island, not far from here. Such things have a way of... changing a person."

Merlin omitted the finer details of his activity since emerging from Kur, wanting to portray himself as a lone agent as much as possible. He was unsure of how Madara would react if he were to become aware of his allegiance to Solomon, and the Human Order. With his question answered, Melin opted to pursue his own. "How does a man like you find himself collecting Tailed Beasts like souvenirs? Surely it can't only be for the sport of it." The incubus asked with a slight grin.
