Once the sword touches him it will start to age an dissolve an I don't see how his poison tec can work on barrgan..an it's barrgan so he will have to keep his distance an barrgan can slow things down when they get close...

Can't Barragan just age the sword?

The aging is far from instantaneous, its essentially the same thing that happened with Hachi. His hand lasted long enough for him to use a Kido on it and transfer it into Barragan's body, which takes much longer than it would for Gin to pierce Barragan. Gin is actually a really good match against Barragan, who hasn't shown much in terms of physical defense/speed. Gin should be able to pierce him once very quickly, and then its bye bye Barragan.

it really all depends on how fast gins bankai and barragans ageing is. if kamishi is fast enough, it can get inside barragans body, where the ageing doesn't occur, leave a bit, and probably have most of it dissolve. if it isn't, well, sucks to be gin.

Gin will have to use his poisonous attack he used on Aizen ( if poison even works on a skeleton that is ), or immediatly shoot Barragan through the head.
Because of his speed the sword won't be disintegrated before reaching Barragan, but it will likely still be caught, disintegrating it after the attack.

Gin has one or two shots before he loses his weapon, and knowing Gin, he'll likely win.
