The Birth, The Beginning
Barney was born in Kumogakure under a legendary family of Storm Release user's. He was said to be a prodigy at such a young age and would grow up to become more awesome and legendary. At the age of 10 he had mastered Raiton and Katon all thanks to his sensei's Detective L & Nathan+Ushiro. At the age of 15 he had mastered Suiton with Ushiro. He became aware of his secret Kekkei Genkai only recently and believed he could make it more awesome than it already was and is currently aiming to master it.
