Bardock has unkempt hair which partially stands on end and a 
scar on his left cheek. He wears black and green Battle Armor, and sometimes a green scouter on his left eye. He wears the blood soaked armband of a fallen shinobi that was once his best friend as a headband when he fights.
When Bardock gets angry, his hair and eyes change color and his hair becomes longer, and all of his muscles become engorged and become bigger, though this has no effect aside from cosmetics. The length of hair is determined by how mad Bardock becomes. This is simply a change in appearance, and in no way changes his fighting style, nor does it make him stronger in any way.

Bardock is somewhat cocky, loves fighting, and will kill in cold blood. He has a laid-back and fearless personality, as evidenced by him and his crew accepting missions that baffle even the fiercest ninjas. He is a highly capable tactician in battle, able to perceive the situation at hand and act accordingly with it. Although Bardock has little care for comrades, he deeply cares for the members of his team, and is will kill anyone for their sake.
Unlike many other ninja, Bardock is the type of guy who will fight to the death, and when facing his definite impending doom, he will stand and fight with his dying breath. That being said, Bardock does not know how to give up, and will fight until he is completely incapable of fighting back. He is a cold hearted killer and a warm hearted teammate.
