Behold my one and only CJ i have managed to successfully submit during the course of my NB life.

Suiton: Sui no heya | water release: water room
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30

Description: The user after performing the Tiger, rabbit and Ox hand-seals causes water to erupt from beneath the opponent. The water forms four condense walls and a ceiling around the opponent so it's not possible to just walk through it. The opponent is trapped in a room constructed of water. Once this room is complete, water gushes through and fills the room with water, drowning the opponent in process.

Restrictions:
- The target must be standing on a water source.
- Cannot be used more than once per turn, and must wait one more turn before using it again.
- Can only be used thrice
- Can only be used by UchihaMadara01 biographies and those he teaches it to

Now, each of you, focus on your suiton chakra, merge it with the water source beneath my clone and create a large "room". Start by making four pillars and then use more chakra to connect the pillars.

Bianki moving within distance to the first clone, she wave three hand seals then mold suiton chakra and transfer it into the pool of water, she move the chakra to settle just below the first clone. Then she cause four adjacent pillar made of water to arise around the clone, maintaining her focus she widen the water pillar size until they each meet forming a square with the clone in it.
Then she extend the top section of the water pillars and make them converge, the extended section of the water pillars bend and meet at one point thus forming a roof above the clone.
"now for the finishing touch"
Bianki activate a mechanism with the "room" that water start rushing in and in no time fill up the room completely....

ஜ it is perfect for usage in a ocean or river terrain
ஜ it work fine as a trap.
ஜ Combining it with other jutsu is easy

ஜ It is a slow technique cos of hand seals and the pillar formation before the drowning takes place.
ஜ It is location-biased; making its usage rare
ஜ Not all opponent receives damage from this jutsu, the jutsu has no effect on characters like suigestu or kisame that can breath underwater.

ஜ Sinking into the water source for a short moment should suffice.
ஜ Using a water pillar to blast/lift myself above the water room before it closes

Firstly i perform the set of the neccesary hand seals and channel water chakra through the ground towards the opponent who is in the water source and using shape manipulation i release the chakra into the shape of a condensed water room with 4 walls and a ceiling so he cant get out until he's drown to death.
