Good luck if u think gravity of earth or whatever which others where able to resist is equal to gravity of something dats pulling u
Dat sig XD
If they were able to resist gravity that held down RIKUDO NARUTO and KAGUYA the gravity effects of Bt is nothing to them.
People who believe deva's abilities don't work on obito: He would be able to fly while intangible if he wasn't affected by the real world's gravity. ST affects him, however it doesn't do anything to him since he won't make an impact with anything or he can just teleport away before he does. ST is useless regardless if it works or not.

or the gravity worked on chakra batteries
i agree with this
You have to consider that intangibility is basically partial-full body teleportation, so its like saying it would affect FTG.
Hell no, Obito escapes any jutsu effect due to being in whole different dimension beyond the grasp of any sensor.

Hey, if obito could defy gravity while intangible then I'd agree, but we can't just ignore the fact that he still walks on land even while intangible so it's unlikely that a force of gravity wouldn't affect him.

if nv gravity affected intangible obito, wouldnt he fall through the earth forever and die? lmao.
but science=/=manga
If he was effected by gravity while intangible he wouldn't have the ability to rise through ceilings and pillars.
Only Kishi knows why he hasn't attempted flight. But based on what's already been shown gravity dosent effect him.
i forgot about the platforms but if hes on them hes standing in kamuis gravity not nv
This diagram basically demonstrates what I'm saying.

Only if his whole body is overlapping with something, because during his fight with konan he was still falling despite phasing through explosive tags.
Or possibly the majority of his body has to be in the real world in order for it to work.
There is no room for ambiguity in the translation. BT, ST and CT are unavoidable.
I have to say that this theory of kamui platform doesnt cut it as when he was intangible vs konan he was still falling.
When he was inside hachibi fist he walked out of it on NV surface not random leaps in air.
That would be assuming that the world is 1 to 1 with his dimension, and it would assume that every time he passes through the floor or ceiling his body is conveniently on top of a floor that matches his specific and exact needs.Obito's dimension consists of platforms that areYou must be registered for see linksin height, what's to say that some of those platforms are just slightly below the surface of whatever he's phasing through?
If they were all below the real worlds surface(at various depths) he wouldn't be able to use it so freely below sea level as he's done since he'd run the risk of running into his own pillars. An example would be him using kamui to avoid konan's papaer ocean while falling. He was well below surface and sea level yet still used kamui without bumping into his own pillars.Obito has no pillars that are above the real world's surface, that much is for sure.
I'd say he can't fly because he has nothing to stand on. Unless something is forcing him to overlap with somthing above sea level then he wouldn't have the ability. You're right on that regard. So yes it would be illogical for him to fly for that reason.
Wouldn't that mean he's simply succumbing to the gravity of his own dimension? If he's existing in his dimension he'd be forced to land on his pillars. But seeing as how what he did vs Fuu is well above water/earth level it would go against your assumption that all pillars are below said level. It's already been established what intangibility does, it teleports parts [You must be registered for see links] to his dimension if it overlaps with something in the real world. Meaning if his whole body is inside his dimension then he'd be using his dimension to travel around, & since we don't know how far below the surface some of those platforms actually are we can logically conclude that he has some that are close to it
Thus making it look like he's rising above the ground.
As a final note, obito was completely intangible in the above scan with naruto, therefore if what you say is true then he should've [or at least attempted to] change his trajectory, yet he knew he was screwed from the moment he saw naruto. Simple answer? He had no platforms to move between.
