we all saw how gaara was able to take madara out of his susanoo using his sand,the question is can bansho tenin do the same?

no...there is a aura around it..that sand dragged madaras feel...tenin' will pull the whole thing based on gravity

I don't think so. I think the Susanoo would follow the user. The reason Gaaras sand pulled him out because the sand was also holding Susanoo.

It would be more effective as it wouldn't have the hassle of having to pass through susanoo as it isn't tangible. It was able to pull a nail out of wood without troubling the wood. Susanoo's the wood and the Uchiha is the nail.
