Bansho Tenin and Chibaku Tensei

Just thought of this.

How come Deva Path cannot use Chibaku Tensei and Bansho Tenin in Naruto Games like Generations.

2.Nagato is not in Generations but the Deva Path is and IDK ask CC2

I agree his Ougi should´ve been Chibaku Tensei. But you might as well ask why Kakashi doesn´t have 1000 jutsu in it...

deva technically isnt in the game, pain is. they had to pick one path to be the main character for pain for which is deva. the whole point of pains character is to show the other paths abilites while using only one character. if chibaku tensei was in the game it would feel like your playing deva path more than all the paths incorpatrated in one character. thats why in his combos,tilts,grabs, and his ougi at least 1 other path comes to help him fight. thats my guess

Its pretty much a on hit kill i guess it would look stupid if he used it and it took like one health bar although Amateru is too and it is in the game

Maybe to complicated to put it in?

they could put it in, it would be the same strength as all the other jutsu's on it.
