There aren't really rules, except that you always need to follow the global rules.
well, don't give a ridiculous long text, and you can request banners as many times as you want. But yeah.. don't overdo it and act like a troll

sure.. approved ^_^ about the attaching to your current sig.. I can but it'll take some effort, and it'll be 1 file. You could just ask Lawliet, and she just adds a banner to your sig, not like in 1 file, but 2 different files, even better
