Joker because the twist in DKR with the chick being Ras's child made her the true main villain and made Bane look like a pawn:sy:
So that's why I easily choose Heath Ledger's character of "The Joker"

Also, I reckon he portrayed himself and his character better than any other in the Batman franchise.
