I didn't think Green Day had good acoustics or knew arpeggios. You probably need mostly metal bands for that neo classical feel, or Jazz.

Edit: Try Mumford Sons

Pink Floyd is the master of the acoustic guitar, especially with their albums "Wish you were here" and "Animals"

Blood on the dance floor.
:| Oh hell no.
3 Days Grace does a lot of that
Interesting. I know this band from quite some years, but never heard acoustic songs by them.

I don't want electric guitar arpeggios. ~_~
I listen to a lot of metal music. I personally want something simple, which I can learn myself. Acoustic music by metal bands is usually way too complex to learn on guitar. Green Day has a little acoustic, idk how you define arpeggios, I mean it like playing single notes instead of chords. I've finished every song by Mumford. :coffee:

Try listening to Vashti Bunyan.

Also try these guys if you want acoustic arpeggios: Dennis Azabagic (La Catedral), Julian Bream, Andres Segovia.

I don't listen to much of classical music. 0_>
I guess he's classical. Or Traditional. He just died recently, but he was a great sitar player. That's technically an acoustic instrument, right? John C. Clarke is musician who blends drifting and classical guitar; he's good. I like his song, "most evolved."

Ravi Shankar was legendary. My mother used to listen to his music every Sunday. Not a big fan of traditional, but it was peaceful.
Whoa. Didn't know that about him. I'll add him to my list too.
