I was just amazed at how good this sounded from like a week or so of practice

I got home and you tubed it and now i'm addicted to this

I didn't hear this song or played it before, but I have to thank you for sharing this song. I'm also in a marching band, but we never play a song like that. I don't think we ever played a song like that for marching band. If anything we would play that in concert band, but I would love to play that song! It seems like it would challenge our band. Man, I wish our marching band would play this song! It seems... so calm, but we never play a calm song for marching band. Now I want to play this song!

This might be off topic, but what instrument do you play? I play the Tenor Saxophone. :ice:

Oh sorry you missed understood me me band practices are a little off we a are practicing this song for concert band but it was marching band practice

And i used to play trumpet
But now i play drums and piano

I am currently on base 3
But will be moving to snare next year

Ooh. You said marching band, so I thought it was marching band. And still lucky. We do play some calm songs, but this year we only played 3 good songs, none of them were calm. Well, maybe 1. Our band started going downhill when we got a new band director, who has no faith in most of our band. I swear he has no faith for giving us easy songs. Most of my songs were songs I would have been able to play in middle school, when I was a junior.

If you guys sound good after a week, then whenever you play it at a concert then it'll sound amazing!

And nice. Percussion instruments. I usually like percussion because they keep the tempo of a song.

Jazz band!? Lucky. We used to have Jazz band, but we don't have it anymore. We don't have the money for it. Not to mention the last time we had it the teacher got angry because the Jazz band members didn't mind when the Orchestra had to take the room, so I think he stopped Jazz band right then and there for that reason. o.o

Our band pays for our every other trip. We sometimes have to pay for our instrument repairs, depending if it's school or personal. But since the school pays for dry cleaning, that happens very rarely so.... xd
