Theoretically, could Obito (or any Uchiha in possession of the Rinnegan) reverse the side effects (total blindness) of Izanami and Izanagi by using the Banbutsu Sozo (Creation of All Things) technique of the Rinnegan?

Because, if he can, then Obito could spam Izanami and Izanagi with his right Mangekyou Sharingan eye and not lose the ability to use Kamui.
