Creation of all things is the most powerfull jutsu of all time and trumps all jutsu in existence. The Sage created the bijū and the moon out of his imagination.

I can't imagine anyone ever getting this jutsu, even Naruto. This means that no one will be as powerfull as the Sage. In fact, not even close. Even madara is nowhere close to this level.

Some argue it's because he couldn't harness the spirit of the Sage though

Ehh I don't really want Naruto or anybody to get that level of power anyways.. would rather have him figure out world peace or another achievement that the Sage couldn't (maybe point out that his flaw was actually choosing between the sons... something of that nature).

Sage didn't use creation of all things to create the moon, he used Chibaku Tensei.
