Appearance: Balsa is beautiful women. Her age is 20. She looks about normal height and stands tall at 5'8''. She has brown colored eyes that make her so much attractive. She has a small child like appearance. She has long brown hair which are usually tied behind her back as a pony tail. She usually wears any normal dress in the sand village. But during mission her attire consists of a brown dress. that extends up to her knees. she wears white trousers and a white is used to tie her dress which hangs in front of her as knot. She also wears black gloves over her hands which extend up to her elbow. Along with the gloves black long boots are also seen which extend up to her knees. She also wears a protective rubber type patch over her right shoulder. Her attire can only be seen during fights as other wise she wears a cape of brown color over her attire which covers her whole body. She is never seen without her spear which was given to her by her foster father. She loves it dearly. As if this spear is any special type is of yet unknown.
Personality:Balsa is a very serious woman, sometimes appearing cold to others though not without reason. Headstrong, wise, and adept at resolving situations where her life may be at risk says the very least of her wide set of abilities. At times she is kind to the various travelers and people she meets alongside her journey, but has a keen sense of knowing how to act when she's in danger. Balsa possesses incredible battle sense, due to natural instinct and experience, so she is capable of holding her own against elite warriors such as the High Level Shinobis. However, she is careful not to kill her opponents in battle out of a sense of guilt towards the deaths she indirectly caused and has honed her ability so that she can protect herself and others.
Balsa takes on an almost "motherly" role for those close to her after the incidents of her pasts. She cares deeply for their safety and well-being, while at the same time teaching them what's its like to live as a villager, no matter how harsh or cold the treatment may be. A patient teacher, Balsa is a strict, yet positive role model for her students. This supersedes the fact that Balsa does in fact care for them. She slowly opens up to her students, and tells them stories of her past, and how Jiguro was like a father to her, just like how Balsa is with them.

Background Information
Balsa has a quite tragic history. Ever since childhood she had to face many hardships. Not much is known about her past but it is known that she is a daughter of former Suna shinobi who had left the village some time in the past and had joined Konoha. Where he had married a women from Uchiha can. At the age of 7 her father and mother died and she and her brother were adopted jugiro her father's friend. Later on at the age of 14 her younger brother was abducted supposedly by rogue wanderers. She and other people who had lost their young children tried to ask hokage for help but their voices were nothing more than a scream in a Rock music concert. As their children were abducted by Danzo. Since they were helpless this caused her to defect from the Konoha and joined Sunagakure. She currently resides in Suna where she has reached the rank of Jounin and was allowed to choose her team for herself. Where she chose two children who were homeless and had no parents and currently teaches them. She holds them very dear and would get very angry if even they get even hurt due to accident by someone cause they remind her of herself and her brother. He foster father had died some time after he defected from Konoha
