Okay, here is the technique:
(Katon: Kasai No Kichigai) - Fire Release: Madness Of Fire
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
The user starts by gathering a massive amount of their Fire chakra, then they shall slam their hands on the ground and send the pure fire chakra into the ground. Then with huge concentration a simple circle of chakra appears around them, circling in the ground around, and then in almost no time, the user, through shape manipulation, converts the chakra into real fire, and since a lot of energy was focused in that circle a huge fire erupts around the user, as a column of fire and starts extending (almost as if exploding) until it reaches Mid range, then after some time the huge fire column disappears leaving the the area covered in smoke.

- Can only be taught by megaamine.
- Can only be used three times.
- Can't be used in the following turn.
- If it was at the beginning of the turn, the user shall not be able to use any other S-Rank or above fire techniques in the same round, however, if the Ninja used one or two S-Rank fire technique at the beginning, he wouldn't be able to use this technique as the last one, he'll just wait for the following round.

Firstly i begin by molding a massive amount of raw chakra in my hands, using nature manipulation i change the chakra into fire by adding hot and destructive properties succesfully changing it to fire chakra, after that i slam my hands on the ground and release the raw fire in the ground making a simple chakra circle around me, after that i use shape manipulation i change the fire chakra into real fire and due to the high intensity and use of energy that was focused on the circle, fire erupts around me as a column of fire and extends to mid-range burning the opponent completly melting him while the fire column disappears leaving only a area covered in smoke.

Questions: How fast the column erupts and how fast it can reach mid-range ? Does it kill in contact with the opponent or does it need to engulf him completly ?

The column extends like an explosion, therefore, I can say it is fast and it must engulf the opponent in order to kill him.
