Bald Shin's logic

Here is something that I don't get:

Is bald Shin really asking Sakura to perform surgery on him to save his life after he tried to kill her spouse, child and friend? He also has the nerve to act as if Sakura owes him this because she is the one who hurt him?

What is the logic in that? Here is how I see it:

Shin: *Tries to kill Sasuke and Sarada*
Sakura: *Knocks him out*
Shin: Hey, I'm about to die. I need you to do surgery on me. It's your fault that I'm in this condition in the first place. Just because I tried to kill your family and friend didn't give you the right to attack me.

I think that was implied by other shins surrounding her since they kept both them(papa-kid) side by side.

Not to mention he(papa shin) was preped for surgery already so that(kidnapping and last panel talk) didn't happen instantly - there was some timeskip during which they could've talked-which is another possibility.

shows how useless sakura's character has always been. She's about to save the life of the enemy who just tried to kill her daughter, husband, and best friend. Cool story

Sakura's new husband will be Shin Uchiha.
