The guy that has the sharingans all over his body has to be OROCHIMARU .. I think that mummy released in the tsukiyomi was Oro and he probably stayed in there for so long experimenting and what not that he turned to a zetsu over time .. Somehow he was able to obtain obitos sharingans and implanted into his body and he probably also perfected a sharingan zetsu army . If Oro cultivated hashi cells to make danzo sharingan arm then I think it's plausible that oro was able to implant sharingans in his zetsu body with ease . Overall I think oro is doing this create a war where he can buy enough time to bring back the shinju tree and maybe eat the fruit or maybe he eating for the perfect rinnerebirth were we will see full power Oro with rinnegans ready to take over and demonstrate what he learned about human existence .

I can't access the manga that's why but if that is his only arm that has sharingans I wonder if danzo severed this dudes arm to attach to his own ?
