Sasuke is a bish who doesn't know what to wear in the morning cuz of she doesnt feel right, while all that Naruto wants is to protect Konoha while it prospers.

The villagers would pick naruto, and the daimyo would so not pick sasuke, especially the elders.

why naruto is a better hokage:
-will of fire
-loves the village more than himself
-currently the strongest one in his village
-has been acknowledged

why naruto cannot become hokage:
-very naive
-lazy
-doesn't like paper work
-doesn't know how to deal with government, political, business.

why sasuke can become a hokage:
-hard worker
-very smart
-knows how to deal with government issues.
-very strong

why sasuke cannot become hokage:
-doesn't have the will fire
-lacks love for the village
-village hates him for being criminal
-village hasn't acknowledged him

both of them have the potential to become a hokage. both have the requirements to become a hokage.

naruto is more like hashirama and hiruzen
sasuke is more like tobirama and danzo

i think naruto would be a better hokage.
