The good guys like naruto, always get to make multiple moves, coordinate their effort, and be able to reach combos and so on while for the majority of it the bad guys just stand their like every things happening super fast, or decide to talk as they prepare to get smacked...

On the opposite the bad guys rarely make multiple moves and every single slight movement is somehow analysed and and countered before it gets anywhere. Or for some reason instead of finishing the job they stand their and talk. Or once again wait for the opponent to come up with a strategy or counter attack....​

Btw, you can't genjutsu the space time barrier Minato is moving 100x faster than Itachi you can't seal a space time barrier its a world like the earth otherwise their plan would have been completed. Plus Minato can sense Itachi's chakra and break his genjutsu.
