There's something like a hook coming out from Obito's while Rikudo doesn't have.(something that look like a rinnegan kind of thing)

And the same thing goes for Naruto :

Rikudou is balanced. Obito and Naruto are not. Naruto will get the other half from his dad and will be balanced as well. He will maintain his BM and with help defeat Obito.

One thing I'd like to point out. The Sage was no longer the Ten-Tails' Jinchuuriki in that panel. He had already separated it's chakra into the Tailed Beasts. Anyways, the difference is most likely because Obito is actively drawing on the power of the Ten-Tails. It could be that when his seal is not active that it reverts to the form displayed by the Sage.

This logic fails because Minato has another pattern. Minato has the spiral too, but he doesn't have the Tomoe in the stomach as does Naruto and Obito.

My bet is that the Tomoe appears when the user lacks Kurama's Yin chakra.
