Ive tried 3 times, and I even followed the rules, people say that it wont pass...

Did they say why it won't pass?
Look at other peoples bios and make it somewhat similar if you can't figure it out by yourself.

I did that too, some people helped me even, I do not know why my bios never pass.

Your biographies are getting declined because they breach the RP rules and also they are poorly set out.

You must be registered for see links

You are at Genin rank. You only start with basic jutsu then you can learn a single element up to D rank. In those biographies you have stated that you can perform rasengan and water techniques.

You generally need to make them based on a set template when you start because you have no experience with the RP system.
