Fire is included in the basic 5 elements, so of course its one of them
Its mostly common and popular in the emo... i mean Uchiha clan and in the land of fire, Fire can be used to hide/cover the lightning element seeing as how it has no effect when both in tact, Not to forget the Sarutobi clan is also famous for this, the fire element. Fire is used in cunjuction with other elements to create Steel Release (not cannon), Blaze release, lava release, Dust release and Boiled release. Using the element Wind/Futon to counter Fire is simply pointless seeing as how the wind will simply ignite the flames further making them stronger so its best to put that fan away u.u. And Using Fire techniques to defend yourself from Sution/Water will simply cause evaporation well of course that depends on what rank the tech is, For example you can't use a d rank Suiton wter tech to counter an a rank fireball tech.. that would be overkill for the fire user. Also Doton can also be used to counter fire again depending on the techniques rank. Madara Uchiha, Itachi, and the third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi and various others from the land of fire like i said its mostly famous in the Uchiha and Sarutobi clan so yeah.

I begin to gather chakra in my stomach, once gathered enough i channel it to my mouth whilst heating it up at the same time. I then use Nature manipulation to convert the chakra into Fire and i then exhale out the fire using shape manipulation to shape it into that of an fireball and direct it towards the dummy, As the fireball comes in contact with dummmy i manipulate it to burst, creating a massive meal storm of fire.

I gather Katon chakra in my stomach, once i've gathered enough chakra i channel it to my right leg, before lifting it up and thrusting it back onto the ground; stomping the ground and inserting my chakra into the ground below, whilst using nature manipulation to convert the chakra into fire before forcing it all up directly into the shape of 3 big and tall pillars around the dummy.
How many hand seals does it have:
It doesn't require any unnecessary handseals.
Advantages:
The fact it doesn't require handseals makes it a fast technique to be executed quickly in battle.
It can be used as an offensive or defensive technique.
Disadvantages:
Can't find any disadvantages for this technique; enlighten me.
Combos and possible uses:
The first thing one thinks of before executing a offensive jutsu would be to make sure the opponent doesn't counter it.
So i would firstly i would use the earth mud shot technique to stick his feet to the ground limiting his movements along with stealing his attention; he wouldn't have enough time to preform a counter since he's distracted nor will he be able to move.
How to defend against it:
This technique could and can be countered by the water snakes mouth technique.

Describe how to do it:
I preform the tiger handseal while gathering katon chakra in my lungs, whilst molding the chakra and extremely heating it up once done i proceed to channel the heated chakra directly to my mouth using nature manipulation to convert the chakra into fire and a nearly solid composure to it, with that done i release the solid fire out in front before quickly using shape manipulations to create 3 fireballs with dragon heads, releasing it towards the dummy; burning the dummy on impact.
How many hand seals does it have:
It only requires one handseals. The tiger handseals to be specific.
Advantages:
The fireballs are extremely heated; as well as composed of a solid form.
The fireballs have a fair speed as well.
The range is very impressive.
Disadvantages:
Since the fireballs take the form of a solid composure i say that a S rank earth technique can be used to defend against it.
Combos and possible uses:
Since you release fireballs instead of just one you could release them in multiple directions also again using the earth mudshot technique to stick his feet to the ground then manipulate the fireballs from different direction making it almost impossible to counter.
How to defend against it:
Its most likely for the opponent to direct the firballs at me from different directions, considering this i would use the underground projection technique to merge with the ground below avoiding the fireballs then emerging from the opponents behind and finishing him off.

Describe how to do it: Firstly, I calm my mind by clearing out unnecessary thoughts and preform a single handseal and begin to take a deep breath while doing so i lean my head back a bit and start to gather a great deal of chakra within my lungs. Molding the gathered chakra, keeping strong concentration and focus upon my chakra, i slowly mold and convert the chakra into fire itself by the help of nature manipulation, by now i could even feel the warmth of the fire within my lungs. I then proceed and strongly exhale a narrow flame directly towards your clone whome wasn't standing at much of a distance, as the flame comes a little too close to the clone it's heat alone damages the clone enough to disperse him into a cloud of dust.
How many hand seals does it have: One, impressive i say.
Advantages: It's a fairly very less time consuming technique, one handseal nice i must say for such a great technique, the opponent wouldn't even have enough time to take the technique head on; depending on if the opponent is distracted. Using this chance i'd quickly execute the required handseals for the provided technique and releasing a narrow-flame which would fatally burn my opponent.
How to defend against it: Pretty obvious, but as i see my opponent execute a single handseals i'd quickly mold earth chakra and merge with the ground below avoiding the deadly flames and emerge from the opponents behind >_>

- It's range is something which'd surely be at your advantage in battle.
- It's a pretty simple technique, but once executed it becomes a pain in the butt to avoid.
- By the time you finish preforming the handseals in battle your head would be either in 2 or 3 if not 4.
How to defend against it: As i see my opponent begin to preform the required handseals i'd quickly use false darkness technique to paralyze him and cancel out his procedure and finish him out while he's vulnerable.

Combos and possible uses: I'd firstly execute a single handseal and direct a spear towards my opponent, whilst the spear approaches the opponent i'd quickly stretch out a scroll, summoning a large dragon composed of flame which i'd direct towards the opponent, finishing him off >_>
How to defend against it: I'd use the underground projection fish technique to evade incoming attack and emerge from his behind and finish him off.
