Well I am not sure that you can cover my water source. Due to the fact that my jutsu causes underground waters to erupt my water is as deep as deepest lake (or even deeper xD). Well i am not engulfing your rat (it would be quite stupid), only you so you can't perform any jutsu (you never stated that you are standing on rat so i guess that you are standing on water) and sharks are coming to eat you and your rat... Since you haven't posted any move to defend your rat he is dead and you can't move (you can't summon stone-turned sages because you can't move).

Plus my speed is unmatched right now My jutsu would have worked and im not going to stay in my barrier long, i never tie and i won't start now so who knows if u play this out and keep guard on my cage when i come out you may have a chance

Well imagine that sand rain is falling. How long would it take for Gaara to do Sand Coffin on you? And you don't have that speed if you don't meditate("I enter sage mode due to my meditations"). So as you even start to meditate you are caught by water shell and you can't use that super speed of yours because you can't even move.

I make the wind surround me then i release the barrier and my wind disperses away from me in all directions and use my jet pack to fly up as my wind blows everything around me away the clouds the water everything so there is nothing but you me and the lake... I am in the air you are on the water. the wind is not touching me just around me
