Sakura baby will shanaroo Sakura from inside to getting born. That how strong her baby is. But Sakura although her belly is rip open, she still manage to live because of byakugou.

hinata baby born in normal condition, smooth. No harm done. And also very strong but a bit down compared to sakura baby in strenght

yeah imagine how sick it would be if Narutos/Hinatas child uses 128 palms in SM with frog kumite.
Or Rock lees/Sakuras child uses 7 gate like it is nothing for hours due to the regeneration of byakogu and katsuyu + the strength of byakogu and Hirudora powered by byakogu like large scale jinton (tsunade and onoki)
