B17 and Cancer?

I have had family members pass due to cancer in the past. Chemo seems to make them sicker and just kill them quicker. Does anyone know of anyone who has taken b17 in the past to help with cancer. The internet is full of testimonials of b17 killing cancer but I wanted to fish in the base for real life stories if any.

Quackery. It's called survivor bias. You only hear about the success stories

There are much more detailed videos about it if you google it. With the John Snowden scandal it's hard to say what's real or fake anymore.

But whenever I see someone with cancer or hear about someone that's dealing with it, I always get sad.Also I get mad at the government because I feel like they don't even care and all they want is the money they get for cancer research. The video was so touching

I can only find a few things saying it's quackery but tons of things promoting it. Let me find this long video I watched about it.

People promote it because chemo has a big downside so they look for alternatives. B 17 is just laetrile. The "cure" is based on an outdated idea from 1902. Basically that cancer cells and embryo cells were the same. We know that isn't true now. Anyway, people push it because it is "natural" and anything "natural" has to be better for us than something produced in a lab right? Not true. Plenty of things are natural that could kill us. Cyanide, Uranium, Spiders. All of these things are naturally occurring but harmful

Water can kill you but I was curious if this study was true. My step grandmother found out she had cancer and chemo basically killed her.

Chemo works by destroying the cancer cells. Unfortunately it kills all cells indiscriminately which weakens your immune system so you can't fight the cancer naturally (not that you ever really could). That study was done by a known crackpot and has been disproved for a while now. But by all means use it if you have cancer. Whatever helps you sleep at night

I don't have cancer just curious. It seems that you know about the man behind the video. Could you link me to some studies disproving this? Also, TCH has been proven to help prevent and slow cancer, so why hasn't it been implemented into more modern usage. The FDA lies all the time about the quality of our foods. Mcdonalds is legal and I can say after never eating fast foods as a child and then eating Mcdonalds thinking it was safe had huge negative effects on my body. It's hard to believe anyone these days.

While I'm not one to believe that people are inherently evil, money has proven time and time again to cause a lack of morals. I think the world is over populated and cancer is an easy way to manage population. If everyone lived to be 100 or older think about how little space we would have compared to now. Also, most people that reach an old age can't support themselves and end up in government care. Pharmaceuticals have a higher death rate than weed does, and weed has shown many uses as a medicine that where denied for years. It even had a horrible study done that suffocated monkeys to try and prove "the devils weed" was dangerous. Now it's legal in many states w/ proven medical benefits. It never hurts to follow up on natural cures... Look at scurvy for example, vitamin c cured that and it's also natural.

Well I don't really know anything about this subject nor do I intend to delve into it.

But here is what I think.
I think you should just do more research about this B17 vitamin even though there are so many testimonies on video about people claiming that it helped them beat cancer.

Now, I will be speaking hypothetically here.
I've had cancer, and I've also beat it.
But, during this period of time I happened to drink allot of cucumber juice.
Boom, just because I did so and happened to beat it cucumber juice is now some miraculous agent against cancer cells and everyone that hears about me starts trying it.

So, unless it's been proven by a source that can be trusted that B17 is effective against cancer you can assume it's just another thing that people think that it works.

Yeah, did some research on it years ago. Apparently, walnuts and appricot pits contain vitamine b17.

Can anyone confirm whether or not the FDA tried to ban walnuts?
