Sasuke obviously loses. A Rinnegan without rikudos power is basically Nagatos Rinnegan. PS slashes are tanked, and multiple uses of Flash BD obliterate his Susanoo.

Inb4 people give him Rikudo Sasuke and EMS Madaras fears.

You could say that before Naruto had Full Kurama. He'd easily stomp Sasuke at the point the OP is putting then against each other.

Bold is completely irrelevant when he doesn't have the chakra needed to awaken it, which is the whole reason the original wielder is the best wielder. Unless his chakra quality is leaps and bounds above Nagato's, then it's also irrelevant to, as his Rinnegan will be around his in scale.

Going from the latest information that says Naruto = Sasuke, i really doubt Kishimoto cares about logic when comparing the two, he said they progress as a pair thus meaning that feats or not they are equal in his mind. Doubt there's a logical explanation as to why Sasuke closed the gap between him and Naruto without needing to get the Bijuus' chakra and the latter getting a chakra boost due to Full Kurama, Kishi just felt like it.

Aside from my assertions at 1 A.M in the night/morning (wth am i doing awake at this time) Naruto wins by feats, Sasuke doesn't have any due to his little screentime post Pt2.
