Ginjo as he enters the battle field.. he spots Neji staring at him, Ginjo's reaction however stays the same, maybe he wasn't impressed that his opponent was a kid..

Neji passively activates his Byakugan. When he notices Ginjo stomp on the ground and create a tunnel and send a large amount of chakra through it, he gathers a vast amount of chakra inside his core and spreads it equally throughout all 361 of his tenketsu. Neji begins spinning around rapidly, and at the same time expelling all the chakra around him. The huge amount of chakra being released combined with Neji's body spinning around creates a large dome of pure chakra that surrounds Neji's body, protecting him from the fire and the small wave. To defend himself from the lightning jutsu, Neji covers himself in lightning chakra creating an armour that protects him from Ginjo's technique. After doing this, Neji concentrates on his earth chakra and performs the Rat handseal to create multiple large sections of rock to come out of the ground, near one of the practice dummies. He creates two larger sections that come together and crush his opponent.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. While Neji is spinning and countering Ginjo's attack, Ginjo gathers earth chakra as two gigantic sections of earth rise from his both sides and attempt to crush him, as the two large sections of earth are about to clash together Ginjo merges with the ground below avoiding to be crushed alive, Ginjo then by utilizing Earth chakra, emerges right ahead of where the two gigantic pieces of earth were smashed. Without wasting any time Ginjo channels earth chakra into the ground, which leads to a small tremor occuring and knocking Neji off balance leading to an opening, Ginjo preformed 3 handseals and compressed his katon chakra into a small Fire ball which he releases towards Neji's feet, as the Fireball with a great deal amount of chakra was compressed into, come in contact with the ground just a little distance from Neji's feet, It erupts into a huge firestorm traveling accross the ground and completely destroying Neji.
So it seems i did underestimate you a little my friend, Though i doubt that you will live to tell about how bad the fire storm hurt. Unless you're too lucky that is.

After the tremor, Neji starts to lose his balance but quickly regains it after the shaking has stopped. Using his Byakugan, Neji sees Ginjo build up a massive amount of chakra inside his body. He sees Ginjo expel the tiny fireball but Neji knew that it was more powerful than it looked. Neji gathers a large amount of chakra into the tenketsu in his arms and then releases the chakra from out of the chakra points, covering his arms in chakra. Neji uses advanced shape manipulation to form the chakra into two, large lion-shaped shrouds of concentrated chakra around his hands. Then, after doing this, Neji thrusts his chakra-encased forward with high speed and force, releasing the chakra at the fireball. The impact of the large shrouds of chakra as well as the high speed clashes with the fireball and blocks it. The fireball explodes away from Neji in a large firestorm. Neji then sends his chakra into Ginjo by looking into his eyes, casting a genjutsu on him. Ginjo sees Neji perform 5 handseals and use his chakra to dissolve into a shower of sakura petals. the petals surround Ginjo and block his vision. While Ginjo is blinded by the illusionary petals, Neji runs up to Ginjo and creates two whips made of lightning chakra from his hands. He then whips Ginjo with them, damaging him.

As Ginjo see's Neji explode into petals Ginjo realizes he was caught in a Genjutsu, Ginjo knew that Neji used this as a distraction, knowing this Ginjo firstly does a free form jump backwards to create a distance between the petals and him to avoid any sudden attacks while doing so he takes out a kunai from his pouch and slightly cuts his hand freeing himself from the Genjutsu, Once he breaks through the Genjutsu he sees a whip head directly towards him, This is where the extra distance came in handy, Ginjo quickly covers his entire body in lightning making the lightning whip harmless.Using this chance Ginjo jumps back and quickly spews out superheated ash from his mouth towards Neji, now that the ash was surrouding Neji not just that it was also causing third-degree burns to him, without wasting a second Ginjo clicks his teeth and ignites the ash while Ginjo jumps back avoiding to get himself involved with the explosion.Without taking a breath Ginjo quickly jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors towards the Neji to assure himself that the kid is dead.

After Ginjo uses his fire jutsu to send the ash towards Neji, Neji uses a water technique to defend. After clapping his hands together, Neji manipulates the water in the air, summoning a giant mass of spinning water that seems to appear out of nowhere. He sends the vortex travelling towards ginjo. Once he has created the vortex, he makes it explode violently from the top, creating a huge wave that he controls and sends crashing into and washing away the fire jutsu. This leaves water all over the battlefield. When he sees the large fireballs aimed at him, Neji quickly performs the dragon and tiger handseals and uses his chakra to summon a large amount of water. He uses shape transformation to manipulate the mass of water and shape it into a giant water dragon with a gaping mouth. He makes it ascend into the sky and then slam into the fireballs, extinguishing the fire. Neji then waits for Ginjo to land back on the ground. Once Ginjo is on the ground, Neji uses his chakra to create a wide field of water under Ginjo's feet. Immediately after, he focuses lightning chakra into the pool, electrocuting Ginjo.

As Ginjo sees Neji clap his hands together and summoned a vortex composed of water, without waiting to see whats coming, Ginjo quickly looks in Neji's eyes channeling chakra through his eyes directly into his brain making Neji see himself stuck in a bud of flowers which then explode of course this was only in the illusion but it did leave neji wtih some mental damage before he could proceed with his move As Ginjo then proceeds to gather chakra in his right arm then swinging it rapidly 3 times and releasing 3 crescent shaped blades which is controlled by Ginjos thoughts as he directs it towards Neji which then slash Neji but this had not satisfied Ginjo, He proceeded to preforms 2 handseals and exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.

After performing the water jutsu, Neji finds himself trapped in a flower bud. He knows it is a genjutsu because he can see (using his Byakugan) that his chakra flow is irregular and it was tampered with by external chakra. He performs one handseal and unleashes a surge of chakra through his body, dispelling the genjutsu and leaving Neji unharmed. Neji then sees Ginjo release the blades of wind chakra but they are unable to reach him (it is a short range jutsu but we are in mid range). Neji takes out a scroll and uses it to summon a large amount of fire that shapes into a tiger which Neji launches at Ginjo. The powerful fire tiger would clash with the fireball and overpower it, continuing on towards Ginjo. Before the fire tiger reaches Ginjo, Neji performs the Ram → Snake handseals, using his chakra to create a portal above Ginjo that summons a large amount of thick, sticky, heavy mud to fall on him and trap him while damaging him. While Ginjo is trapped, the fire tiger collides with Ginjo, exploding violently and causing a lot of damage to him.
