History:
Azula was born into the Kaguya clan in the Mist Village to her father who was a wealthy Daimyo. Anything she wanted she got, and if she didn't get what she wanted, her father's men would kill you. Even in the academy, she gained the nickname "Naughty Little Princess," and it stuck onto her throughout her life as a ninja. Her fast rise to power wasn't a suprise to most, she was even the captain of the Anbu Black Ops squad protecting her father and the Mizukage at one time. But she wasn't happy with that position, said goodbye to her father and left Kiri. She left Kiri on a killing spree, killing whoever she thought stood in her way. Throughout her travels, she learned many things, and killed many others who stood in her way. To learn rain, she had to beat Hanzou and she did, nearly killing him. So he taught her rain. She took his place as Amekage for a while, but got bored with it, and let him take the place again. She left the Rain Village like she did when she left Kiri. On a killing spree. So she then went to the very feared Wave Village, met the Namikage, Gatsndshanks. After a while in Namigakure, with it becoming an inactive village, she went on to Kusagakure, and met the Kusagakure No Kaizer, Goro Kaguya, and saw that his motives and purposes matched her ideals. To kill everyone who stood in their way and gain ultimate power through the jinchuuriki. Azula was very pleased to serve someone as diabolical as the Kusagakure No Kaizer. After a while of Kusa's reign over the ninja world, Goro stepped down due to inactivity, and so Azula went home to Kirigakure, where she met up with the current Mizukage, Alucard, and their awesome Daimyo, Emperor. She is known to everyone she killed as an angered killer, which is what all the villages who want her dead call her, the Angered Killer.

Descripton: After striking the ground with his/her hands, the user overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around his opponents. Then by placing his/her hands against the dome, the user is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his/her own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside.
Note: The user must stay in contact with the dome, in order to suck the opponent's chakra and to keep repairing it.

Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.
