So FTG users can teleport to anythinkg they or their chakra is touching, right?

So could tobirama just flood the battlefield and teleport to where ever his water goes?

Is his water chakra infused? I don't think so. So no....but maybe! Lol

I thought FTG just warps the user or someone to a marking. So I doubt if he could change the entire landscape like that. Although I think Kamui could do something of the sort since it absorbs things and can warp them back out.

Sounds like it could work,

Placing that seal is needed to teleport. In my head im thinking it has to be on a object, or person. Perhaps something solid but that isnt necessarily the case. Perhap he could infuse multiple signs inside one of his Tsunami-like water techniques and teleport whereever in the water he could like. Being like an epic ass SharkBlade Kisame jst faster.

I think it would take too much chakra to do though. It probably would be a 1 wave move.
